PSC reserves the right to change, cancel or substitute any itinerary, vessel, port of call, schedule, tour, excursion or duration of voyage at any time and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice (including reducing or extending days of voyage or continuing or finishing a voyage via other means of transportation) and shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever by Passenger for such change, including, but not limited to, loss, compensation, or refund; except Passenger shall be entitled to (i) a pro rata refund, calculated on a per day basis, of fare actually paid less applicable fees and charges, if a Cruise is cancelled or terminates early, and (ii) a refund of deposit actually paid to PSC for a tour or excursion, if that tour or excursion is cancelled. Victory: For confirmation of individual reservations, a deposit of $500 per person is due within three (3) days of your initial reservation for non-promotional fares on voyages nine (9) days or fewer. A deposit of $1,000 per person is due within three (3) days of your initial reservation for non-promotional fares on voyages greater than nine (9) days. The balance of the voyage fare is due one hundred twenty-one (121) days prior to sail date, and all reservations not fully paid at such time will be canceled and subject to the cancellation provisions set forth in the cancellation policy below. Carrier accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner’s Club, American Express and check. Reservations made one hundred twenty-one (121) days or fewer prior to the sail date will require payment in full at the time of booking.  **All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $500 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only and one travel reward is issued for each reservation regardless of the number of people booked in each reservation. The referred party must be traveling in a separate reservation/booking than a prior client of Pavlus Travel. Travel rewards will be issued upon completion of the referred person’s actual travel. Travel rewards cannot be transferred to another person. Any portion of or the entire Pavlus Travel Referral Program may be changed, amended or cancelled, for any reason, with or without prior notice to existing members. $250 is for all Oceania Cruise reservations, $200 for any Viking, Crystal, Uniworld, AMA, Avalon Waterways, American Queen, American Cruise Line, Croisi, Emerald, Scenic, and Windstar bookings, $150 for Abercrombie & Kent, Adventures by Disney, African Travel, Celebrity Expeditions, Lindblad Expeditions, Tauck, Silversea, Seabourn, Regent, Travcoa, and National Geographic Tours bookings only, $100 for Globus, Monograms and Cosmos bookings.
