To qualify for your Early Payment Discount you must pay for your trip in full by Thu, 18 Dec 2014. Please make sure to book early – if you miss this date we won't be able to give you the discount and your final balance will be adjusted to no longer include it. Please note that the qualifying date for your Early Payment Discount may be adjusted if a deposit is due within seven days. Payment for extra nights, flights and other products may also have a separate due date. **If you have travelled with Insight Vacations in the last 5 years you can save 5% on the land-only portion of your trip. Past Passenger Discount is available on the land-only portion of your trip. The Past Passenger Discount is valid for 5 years from the date of your last trip, and is not available retroactively. Viking River Cruises: *2015 Early Booking Discount (EBD): On all sail dates, the discount is per stateroom based on double occupancy. Single supplement savings are off applicable rates. The 2-FOR-1 cruise and international air discount are considered a single offer. International air does not have to be purchased to get cruise/tour offer. Please request offer EBD at time of booking. Tauck: Gift of Time Terms and Conditions: To thank our past guests for choosing to travel with Tauck, we are offering a Gift of Time of one FREE hotel night at Tauck's selected hotel before or after any 2015 Tauck trip, booked in advance (not applicable to Christmas Market river cruises). Hotel and Tauck Bridges family adventures, Tauck Culturious small group trips, Europe land trips, North America trips and Tauck Events must be booked by January 2, 2015. Deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Please note – should you book both pre- and post Tauck hotel nights in different locations, and they have different prices, Gift of Time will be applied to the Tauck hotel night of lesser value (certain other restrictions apply – ask at booking for full details) NOTE: On-tour air is additional on some tours and is not included in above pricing. Prices are in USD and are based on double occupancy. AMA Waterways: All rates are per person in USD for cruise only, based on double occupancy in a category C stateroom, unless stated otherwise. Unless explicitly stated that single supplement is waived, solo travelers in a double occupancy stateroom must pay an additional single supplement amount before receiving any discounts. Promotional rates are valid on select sailings only. Promotions are valid only for new bookings made by to December 31, 2014. Referral Rewards: All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $1,000 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only and one travel reward is issued for each reservation regardless of the number of people booked in each reservation. The referred party must be traveling in a separate reservation/booking than a prior client of Pavlus Travel. Travel rewards will be issued upon completion of the referred person’s actual travel. Travel rewards cannot be transferred to another person.
