American Queen Steamboat: The transportation of guests and baggage on board the vessels of American Queen Steamboat Company® is governed by these Terms and Conditions and the Passenger Ticket Contract, which will be sent to you approximately four (4) weeks prior to your vacation and is available upon request or online at www.aqsc.com. Your payment of deposit or full fare constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions of the Passenger Ticket Contract, whose provisions shall prevail, which includes limitations and exonerations of the liabilities and obligations of Carrier. You should read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before making a deposit. The American Queen,® American Empress,® American Duchess™ and American Countess™ are operated by American Queen Steamboat Company, are regularly inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard, are American- flagged and employ American officers, crew and staff. American Cruise Lines: American Cruise Lines, Inc. does not guarantee departure point, termination point or any intermediate stop. Itineraries, schedules, routes, ships, and staterooms are always subject to change at any time without notice due to weather conditions, availability of docks, shoaling, river conditions, operation of locks, mechanicals, or any other reason. The times and dates of departure and arrival are also subject to change. Some Intracoastal Waterway cruises may travel coastwise at times. The Mississippi River between St. Paul and St. Louis has particularly fickle river conditions which may require itinerary modification. **All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $500 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only and one travel reward is issued for each reservation regardless of the number of people booked in each reservation. The referred party must be traveling in a separate reservation/booking than a prior client of Pavlus Travel. Travel rewards will be issued upon completion of the referred person’s actual travel. Travel rewards cannot be transferred to another person. Any portion of or the entire Pavlus Travel Referral Program may be changed, amended or cancelled, for any reason, with or without prior notice to existing members. $250 is for all Oceania Cruise reservations, $200 for any Viking, Crystal, Uniworld, AMA, Avalon Waterways, American Queen, American Cruise Line, Croisi, Emerald, Scenic, and Windstar bookings, $150 for Abercrombie & Kent, Adventures by Disney, African Travel, Celebrity Expeditions, Lindblad Expeditions, Tauck, Silversea, Seabourn, Regent, Travcoa, and National Geographic Tours bookings only, $100 for Globus, Monograms and Cosmos bookings.
