Booking, Deposit & Change Policies: ^A $200 per person deposit for Level 1 tours and a $350 per person deposit for Level 2 tours is required at time of booking to secure space and savings on a Trafalgar tour; see full list of trips and levels. If changes to the booking are made prior to the final payment date, no fees are charged; the guest is responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions as applicable to the new trip and/or departure date. Should the booking be canceled before the final payment date, a credit of $200 or equivalent currency per person, or the amount of your tour-only deposit whichever is less, will be issued and is valid for up to five years from date of cancellation. This credit cannot be used as a deposit against future booking and can only be used as a credit against final payment. Only one credit per person can be applied to each booking. If a booking is canceled after final payment, cancellation fees and charges will be incurred per the booking conditions.

2026 River Cruise Offer: Save $1,500 per couple on select 2026 Best of the Rhine and Amsterdam and Best of the Danube departures as featured on Trafalgar.com. New bookings only made with deposit between July 17th, 2025 and September 30th, 2025. Prices are in USD, are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability. Last Minute Deals: Save on select departures featured as “Last Minute Deal”. New bookings only. Deals are added and removed daily; full payment is required at time of booking. Prices are in US Dollar, are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. *All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $500 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only and one travel reward is issued for each reservation regardless of the number of people booked in each reservation. The referred party must be traveling in a separate reservation/booking than a prior client of Pavlus Travel. Travel rewards will be issued upon completion of the referred person’s actual travel. Travel rewards cannot be transferred to another person. Any portion of or the entire Pavlus Travel Referral Program may be changed, amended or canceled, for any reason, with or without prior notice to existing members. $500 for all Silversea bookings, $250 is for all Oceania Cruise, Tauck and Viking reservations, $200 for any Uniworld, AMA, Avalon Waterways, American Queen, American Cruise Line, Croisi, Emerald, Scenic, and Windstar bookings, $150 for Norwegian Cruise Line, Abercrombie & Kent, Adventures by Disney, African Travel, Celebrity Expeditions, Lindblad Expeditions, Seabourn, Regent, Travcoa, and National Geographic Tours bookings only, $100 for Globus, Monograms and Cosmos bookings.
