BLACK FRIDAY FLASH SALE 2024 *The Black Friday Flash Sale (the “Offer”) applies to new and individual bookings created between November 19, 2024 – December 4, 2024 (the “Offer Period”), available only for select sailings departing between January 4, 2025 – December 27, 2025 (the “Sailing Window” or “Range”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Sailing Window start date and end date does not indicate that a sailing will commence and conclude on those precise dates, rather, that a sailing will occur within the Range. Group bookings are not eligible, but if an individual booking is made and transferred to a group, booking will retain promotion.
The Offer provides a discount of up to $4,000 USD on the total stateroom price for select 2025 sailings. The discount value will be converted to the booking's currency. All other charges, including, but not limited to, taxes, fees, and port expenses, are additional and apply to all guests. Limit one offer per stateroom. For eligibility, all guests must be named and a full deposit must be made prior to the end of the Offer Period. The Offer is also combinable with our November Brand Offer. The November Brand Offer provides guest(s) with up to $750 Onboard Credit per cabin to be used onboard. The amount of OBC received per cabin will be determined by the length of the sailing. Sailings that are 15 or more nights will receive $750 OBC per cabin; sailings that are between 12-14 nights will receive $500 OBC per cabin; sailings that are less than 11 nights will receive $400 OBC per cabin.
The Offer is also combinable with applicable Travel Partner promotions, Back-to-Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, certain Net Rates, current Brand Offer, and National Account Hosted Programs. Unless stated otherwise, the Offer is not combinable with Last Minute Voyages, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates. The Offer is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom. Lastly, the offer is not applicable to incentive or contracted groups.
After the Offer Period, Offer will be removed from the booking if any of the following events occur if the guest: (i) cancels and reinstates the booking; (ii) applies a fare change; or (iii) changes the ship or sail date of the booking. Certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the Offer. The Offer is subject to availability and change without notice. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the Offer. Single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated amount of Offer. *All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $500 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees.
