Base blue wipes work great on long flights and late arrivals
By Patti Pietschmann, Travel Diva
You know how your face feels during a long flight. Usually dry and sometimes greasy or dirty. But you can’t just go into the loo and wash your face. But I found the perfect solution you can use right at your seat. It’s Base Blue Wet and Dry wipes.
I gave the wet ones a test drive on a heavily made up face (which I did on purpose). It passed with flying colors. Every drop of my IT Cosmetics foundation came off the pad. These are perfect, too, for late arrivals when you’re just too tired to wash your face. Unpack, brush your teeth and get into bed and use the wipes all over your face. You don’t even need to apply a moisturizer.
The dry wipes work when you moisten with water to refresh your skin. You can take them on planes, trains, tours and ships of course. Each individually wrapped wipe contains e naturally-antimicrobial glycerine, which acts as a natural moisturizer and can prevent wrinkles, fight acne, reduce puffiness, and even soothe sunburn. Of course you shouldn’t over expose your skin to the sun so do pack plenty of SPF protection if you’re heading to tropical climes.
Speaking of sun protection, wait for it. We’re going to do a post on some of the newest eco-friendly sunscreens on the market.
No worries if you have sensitive skin. The company assures the wipes are perfectly safe. The wipes work on all faces and genders. Men will enjoy how they soften those 5 o’clock shadows during long travel times. They are also perfect for using at your desk after a long day’s work (which I just did).
TSA friendly too
And one of the best parts is you don’t have to worry about passing TSA muster. The wipes are not liquid so there’s no problem putting them in your carry on (check out the newest kit for cosmetics on the market we wrote about here).
Here’s to safe and abundant tours and cruises ahead. And we don’t need to remind you that our ace advisers at Pavlus are standing by to book your trips.
