Luxury river cruise operator offering enticing incentives to book now

If you’re thinking about taking a AmaWaterways river cruise in 2021 the luxury river cruise line is offering some enticing itineraries and rewards for early bookings. Ship debut

The  company is also launching its newest ship, the 156-passenger  AmaLucia in the Netherlands and Belgium on March 16. 2021.  She will perform a series of tulip time trips on the Danube, Rhine, Main and Moselle.

AmaWaterways is also repositioning three ships. The  AmaKristina moves to the Rhône while  AmaDante joins  AmaLyra on the Seine. Its AmaCello will sail a new itinerary on both the Rhône and Saône rivers. And,  AmaBella and AmaVerde will rejoin AmaWaterways’ European fleet sailing the Dutch & Belgian Waterways and the Danube.

 New seven night itineraries for 2021

AmaWaterways four new seven-night cruise itineraries include:  :

  • Impressions of the Seine & Paris on board AmaDante from Paris to Le Havre (or reverse). The cruise goes  through the best of Northern France including idyllic towns, beautiful gardens and Normandy’s historical hubs.


There are enticing options for before or after cruise stays. One is two nights in Paris and the other an equal number  of nights in St. Malo with a visit to Mont St. Michel monastery.

  • Essence of Burgundy & Provencetakes place  on board AmaCello from Chalon-sur-Saône to Arles (or reverse)with stops in  romantic cities and artistic epicenters, along with cooking classes at a culinary school in Valence.

You before and after port stops include three nights in Geneva, Switzerland  or three in nights in Barcelona, Spain.

  • Rhine Castles & Swiss Alpssailing on board AmaMora and AmaSerena travels from Amsterdam to Basel (or reverse) along  vineyard-clad hills, charming villages and castles strung like pearls along the banks of the Rhine river.

You can opt for a pre-cruise two night stay  in Amsterdam, Netherlands or an apres cruise three nights in Lake Como, Italy.

  • Best of Holland & Belgiumsailing on board the AmaSerena sails round-trip from Amsterdam. This is an ideal choice for history buffs with a close-up look at the region’s rich past with visits to Utrecht and Dordrecht, Holland’s oldest city.

 Champagne flows
