Like they say in Hollywood, Regent Seven Seas Splendor is ready for her close-up after a gala presentation on January 30 at Fincantieri shipyard in Italy.
She’s sleek, extravagantly put together and boasts tons of marble and lavish public rooms. To complete the leit motif there’s a $5 million art collection, crystal chandeliers and five ritzy restaurants.

Bookings now open at Pavlus Travel
The Splendor is now open for bookings by Pavlus travel agents. Her christening takes place in Miami on Feb. 21 with supermodel Christie Brinkley doing the honors as godmother. After the ceremony Splendor starts her inaugural Caribbean season.
First female Captain in man a new ocean ship
Seven Seas Splendor will do cruises to the Caribbean. Mexican Riviera and two Panama Canal crossings. After those she’ll do a unique Southern Caribbean cruise from Miami to New York City. At helm will be Captain Serena Melana, the first woman to take charge of a new ocean ship.
A Splendor Europe season
Later in the year Seven Seas Splendor sails across the Atlantic Ocean for her inaugural European season. She will visit cultural and historically rich ports of call of the Mediterranean.

All accommodations are suites with balconies. For high rollers there’s a jaw-dropping 4,443 square-foot Regent Suite.
