Silversea creates touching tv commercial

Luxury ship operator Silversea Cruises is spreading an emotional message through its first international television commercial. And, as ads go, this one is truly inspiring and enjoyable. It is a labor of love by Silversea’s Global Creative Director José M. Vuolo. An invitation to curious travelers to rediscover the world and renew their passion.
The photography, by Steve McCurry, deftly intends to evoke curiosity. From his Silver Spirit suite McCurry pens an open invitation “To the Curious.” The note says, “To all of you who have been yearning to travel: It’s time.”
Journeys to discover the Earth
The script focuses on journeys of discovery of the Earth’s “most precious things,” which “aren’t things at all.” It travels from mystical mountaintops in Bhutan and the frozen wonderlands of Antarctica to graceful wildlife and pristine ancient cultures. You really must watch it.
