The posh hotel is offering private 90 minute Hatha yoga classes at some of Rome’s most scenic locations. Yoga is a great way to get the kinks out, calm your mind and strengthen your body.
And Sofitel’s “Yoga Around Rome” allows you to pick your spot. You can choose locations likethe Villa Borghese and Giardino degli Aranci (The Orange Trees Garden), Villa Torlonia, Villa Ada and Villa Doria Pamphili.
