All rates are per person in USD based on double occupancy in a base category stateroom unless stated otherwise. FREE AIR, FREE COMPANION AIR and BUSINESS AIR are valid on select sailings for new FIT and Group double occupancy reservations booked and deposited by September 30, 2020. FREE AIR and FREE COMPANION AIR promotions are based on economy, round-trip, trans-Atlantic airfare departing from select gateways as published (based on availability). FREE COMPANION AIR is based on double occupancy, applies to the second guest and requires the purchase of airfare through AmaWaterways for the first guest. BUSINESS AIR promotion is $2,999 per person based on double occupancy. Offers includes base ticket price, fuel surcharges, taxes and roundtrip airport transfers between the airport and ship and/or hotel for services purchased through AmaWaterways for a published itinerary only. Promotions not applicable to triple/child fares. The deposit requirement for air economy airfare promotions is $750 per person, $550 of which is non-refundable. The deposit requirement for BUSINESS AIRFARE promotion is $1,000 per person, $800 of which is non-refundable. Guest(s) must pay full brochure (published) fare for all itinerary components in order qualify. Flight schedules, routings and air carriers are at the discretion of AmaWaterways and are published approximately 75 days prior to departure or sooner. Custom itineraries, itinerary requests and schedule deviations are not accepted on this promotion. Air carrier and flight schedule will be confirmed by AmaWaterways and cannot be substituted. No recourse available for those who wish to change or cancel their selected flight schedules. Additional luggage fees and other ancillary charges imposed by the carrier will apply and can be found on the carrier’s website on or after the release of the flight schedule. Air promotions are not combinable with Solo Traveler promotions or any other promotions/discounts. All referrals must be made PRIOR to the referred party making a reservation with Pavlus Travel. Referring person receives no travel reward if the new traveler has booked a prior reservation or previously traveled in a Pavlus Travel booking before. There are no exceptions to this rule. There is no limit to travel rewards as long as all terms and conditions are met. Total reserved package cost of the referred party must exceed $500 per person, excluding port charges, taxes, government fees and security fees. Offer is valid for new bookings only and one travel reward is issued for each reservation regardless of the number of people booked in each reservation. The referred party must be traveling in a separate reservation/booking than a prior client of Pavlus Travel. Travel rewards will be issued upon completion of the referred person’s actual travel. Travel rewards cannot be transferred to another person. Any portion of or the entire Pavlus Travel Referral Program may be changed, amended or cancelled, for any reason, with or without prior notice to existing members. $250 is for all Oceania Cruise reservations, $200 for any Viking, Crystal, Uniworld, AMA, Avalon Waterways, American Queen, American Cruise Line, Croisi, Emerald, Scenic, and Windstar bookings, $150 for Abercrombie & Kent, Adventures by Disney, African Travel, Celebrity Expeditions, Lindblad Expeditions, Tauck, Silversea, Seabourn, Regent, Travcoa, and National Geographic Tours bookings only, $100 for Globus, Monograms and Cosmos bookings.
