It sails an all-new fleet of intimate river ships where very nearly everything — shore excursions, dining, drinks, and Wi-Fi — is included in every fare.
When does Celebrity River Cruises start sailing, and what years can I book?+
Celebrity River Cruises is a brand-new program now open for booking in 2027 and 2028. Because these are debut seasons on all-new ships, the most popular dates and stateroom categories sell first — booking early secures both your preferred sailing and the best price.
Which ships make up the fleet?+
The fleet is all-new and purpose-built for the rivers. Featured ships include Celebrity Seeker on the Danube and Celebrity Roamer on the Rhine, each carrying just a couple hundred guests for an intimate, attentive experience. Ask your Pavlus planner about the full and growing fleet.
What rivers and itineraries are available?+
Launch itineraries sail Europe’s signature rivers — the Danube (for example, an 8-day Budapest → Vilshofen voyage through Bratislava, Vienna, the Wachau Valley, Melk and Passau) and the Rhine (an 8-day Basel → Amsterdam voyage through Breisach, Strasbourg, Speyer, Rüdesheim and Cologne). What exactly is included in the fare?+
Celebrity River sailings are all-inclusive on every departure: a curated shore excursion in every port, all dining across six distinct venues, beverages all day (wine, beer, cocktails and more), and complimentary ship-wide Wi-Fi. Port charges and onboard meals are included. Airfare and gratuities are typically not included — your Pavlus planner will confirm exactly what’s covered on your chosen sailing.
What dining is on board?+
Each ship offers six distinct dining venues — a table for every taste, all included — plus Café al Bacio for artisan coffee and sweets, and an open-air Sun Deck & Pool. There are no extra dining surcharges to navigate; it’s all part of the fare.
What stateroom categories are offered?+
Four core categories: River View (a comfortable stateroom with natural light), Infinite Balcony (floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the breeze), Outdoor Balcony (a spacious room with a seating area and private balcony), and Suite (floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor balcony, a skylight, a seating area and a large bathroom).
