Julianne serves as a Guest Relations Specialist at Pavlus Travel & Cruise, combining a passion for travel, adventure, and personalized service to help create exceptional guest experiences. With a background spanning hospitality, technical support, and travel-related industries, she brings a unique perspective and calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction.
Before joining Pavlus, Julianne built her expertise across an impressive range of roles — server and bartender, Apple technical support specialist and trainer, Airbnb case manager, and accomplished scuba instructor and divemaster. Her adventures took her around the world, including time living and working in Honduras, Maui, and North Carolina, and serving as Shop Manager for a dive operation in Lahaina, Hawaii — where she developed a deep appreciation for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.
Julianne especially enjoys working with guests traveling on escorted tours, private journeys, small-group travel, and adventure-focused itineraries, with a particular appreciation for Hawaii, Australia & New Zealand, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean. She is a Tauck Certified Advisor, a member of the Oceania Cruises Cruise Connoisseur Club, and a Viking Certified Agent.
For Julianne, travel is about discovery, adventure, and connecting with the world in meaningful ways. Her passion is rooted in nature, scuba diving, and ancient archaeology, with a love for cultures that are often off the beaten path. One of her most memorable experiences was a solo journey from Mexico to Costa Rica — a trip she describes as life-changing. Palau, a world-renowned diving destination, is among her favorites, while Egypt, the Galápagos Islands, Easter Island, Machu Picchu, Angkor Wat, and Raja Ampat are among the many destinations on her wish list.
Outside of work, Julianne enjoys scuba diving, digital illustration, stained glass, and pottery. Her travel philosophy: have fun, stay curious, and embrace the unexpected.
