Shelby leads Pavlus Travel as President, setting the company's service strategy, operations, and guest-experience standards across every luxury cruise and tour booking. A travel professional since 1995, she joined Pavlus in 1998 and advanced through corporate travel, leisure sales, and operations management before being named President in 2022. Having personally sailed more than 50 voyages—on lines including Viking, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, and Celebrity—Shelby pairs hands-on product knowledge with an unwavering commitment to giving every Pavlus guest industry-leading service and pricing.

Michael serves as Chief Luxury Growth Officer at Pavlus Travel—a newly created role that unites the company's technology, luxury client acquisition, and long-term growth strategy under a single vision. Over 15 years at Pavlus, most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Information Technology, he led the agency's digital transformation and pioneered its AI search-visibility strategy, establishing Pavlus as a nationally trusted source for discounted luxury cruises and unadvertised fares on brands such as Viking, Regent Seven Seas, Tauck, Silversea, AmaWaterways, and Oceania. In his expanded role, Michael continues to connect cutting-edge technology with the personal service that defines the Pavlus experience, helping discerning travelers discover exceptional value on luxury vacations worldwide.

As Vice President of Marketing, Erik leverages a wealth of cruise industry insight to connect travelers with the world's finest luxury vacations, leading the Pavlus Travel marketing team with a distinct advantage: a deep, firsthand understanding of consumer booking habits and guest relationships. Before stepping into his marketing leadership role at Pavlus, Erik spent years on the executive sales side of the industry, most recently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Viking. His time on the front lines gave him an intimate understanding of what modern travelers look for in a world-class vacation, what drives loyalty, and how to craft experiences that truly resonate with passionate globetrotters—insights he now turns into data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver unbeatable value and clear communication to clients. Erik is based in California and is a proud father. Outside the office, he is a golf enthusiast who loves cheering on his children across their various sports and creative pursuits, and exploring new destinations with his family.

Erin believes some of the best travel experiences happen when you wander off the beaten path. Whether discovering a hidden local restaurant, exploring a historic neighborhood, or following a recommendation from someone who lives there, she loves the unexpected moments that turn a trip into a story. As Vice President of Leisure Sales at Pavlus Travel, Erin specializes in luxury cruises, river cruises, expedition travel, and immersive cultural journeys and is a top producer with Tauck, Viking, Lindblad Expeditions, Silversea, Oceania Cruises, and Seabourn.

One of Erin's most memorable travel experiences was sailing through Svalbard, Norway with Seabourn in the land of the Midnight Sun. From dramatic Arctic landscapes and polar bear sightings to the unique culture and folklore of the region, it was a destination unlike any other. Other favorite travel memories include exploring the Galápagos Islands and the Columbia and Snake Rivers with Lindblad Expeditions, river cruising the Danube with Tauck, scuba diving on Australia's Great Barrier Reef, and discovering Croatia and Slovenia alongside her sister.

What Erin enjoys most about traveling is experiencing history, local culture, and authentic food. She believes one of the best ways to understand a destination is through its street food, local recommendations, and the stories shared by the people who live there. Whether relaxing on a beautiful beach or exploring a centuries-old city, she loves destinations that offer both adventure and discovery.

Japan, New Zealand, and Thailand all sit high on Erin's travel wish list, along with an expedition to Antarctica. Having already completed a polar plunge in the Arctic Circle, she hopes to one day take the plunge in Antarctica as well. Her favorite travel advice is simple: don't be afraid to explore, get a little lost, and always ask locals where to eat next.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys following Formula 1 and baseball, especially visiting ballparks both big and small. She also enjoys painting by number on canvas and hopes to visit all of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Her passion for exploration, curiosity about the world, and love of authentic experiences continue to inspire both her travels and the guests she helps every day.

Charlotte is Director of Tour and River Cruise Marketing at Pavlus Travel, leading content strategy and promotional campaigns for European escorted tours and river cruise vacations. Since joining Pavlus in 2018, she has specialized in marketing top tour and river cruise brands including Globus, Tauck, Viking River Cruises, Avalon Waterways, and AmaWaterways. A University of New Mexico graduate with extensive firsthand travel across Europe, Charlotte creates destination-driven content that helps travelers choose the right itineraries, understand tour inclusions, and uncover real value on their next journey.

Megan serves as Director of Ocean Cruise Marketing at Pavlus Travel, guiding the company's major cruise campaigns with a focus on luxury cruise deals, discounted fares, and last-minute savings. Since joining Pavlus in 2022, she has been central to the success of the company's 90 Day Ticker—one of the most popular online resources for last-minute cruise discounts on premium lines such as Regent Seven Seas, Viking Ocean, Silversea, Seabourn, and Oceania. With more than 20 years in marketing and advertising, including 12 years in New York City, Megan produces high-visibility content that helps travelers quickly find the best-priced luxury cruises available.

Lauren has been part of the Pavlus Travel team for nine years, bringing creative vision and a passion for travel to everything she does. A 2024 graduate of UNLV with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, she helps shape the look and feel of the brands and experiences Pavlus shares with travelers—from luxury cruise lines like Viking, Oceania, and Regent Seven Seas to unforgettable river journeys and guided tours around the world. When she's not designing campaigns for clients' next big adventure, Lauren is likely planning her own. She believes great travel is about more than the destination—it's about the moments, the details, and the stories you bring home.

Sarah is Manager of Leisure Sales at Pavlus Travel, supporting the travel planner team and making sure every guest's cruise or tour is planned with precision and personal attention. With more than 12 years in the travel industry—spanning cruise and tour operations, custom itinerary development, and client service—she joined Pavlus in 2023 and excels at matching travelers with the right luxury cruise, river cruise, or guided vacation. A Business Communications graduate, Sarah is committed to developing her team and continually raising the Pavlus guest experience.

Dawn leads Guest Relations at Pavlus Travel as Director, overseeing client communication, service quality, and post-booking support for luxury cruise, river cruise, and tour guests. Her work is a key driver of the company's industry-leading Net Promoter Score of 84 and its exceptional satisfaction ratings. From guest inquiries to service recovery and pre- and post-travel support, Dawn ensures travelers receive fast, accurate help at every stage of the journey. Holding a business degree from Oklahoma State University and bringing extensive hospitality experience, she turns each interaction into lasting loyalty.

Jessica is Director of Administrative Services at Pavlus Travel & Cruise, where she oversees administrative operations and finances and supports the internal teams responsible for delivering professional travel experiences. Since joining the company in 2024 as a Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk, she has advanced through several roles—including Guest Relations—before stepping into her current leadership position in early 2026. Along the way, she has taken part in educational, familiarization, and personal travel with respected partners such as Princess Cruises, Tauck, and Viking River Cruises, journeying to destinations from the Caribbean to the canyonlands of the American Southwest and along the Danube—firsthand insight into the products Pavlus offers. Passionate about operational excellence and team collaboration, Jessica takes pride in supporting the teams behind the scenes, helping ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and guests alike while advancing the company's mission of delivering exceptional travel.

Janet brings more than 40 years of travel-industry experience to Pavlus Travel, where she leads client education through vendor webinars, virtual events, and video content designed to help travelers make confident, informed decisions. Her background spans both the land and cruise sides of luxury travel—including work with Tauck and Insight Vacations (Luxury Gold)—giving her deep insight into destinations, itineraries, and supplier expertise. Coming out of retirement to join Pavlus, Janet now partners directly with cruise lines and tour companies to deliver destination-focused webinars, client presentations, and on-demand video resources aligned with where Pavlus guests are actively looking to travel. Her work supports client FAQs, trip-planning confidence, and stronger engagement before booking—turning trusted education into better travel experiences.

Christopher serves as Director of Air Services at Pavlus Travel, overseeing airfare strategy, flight scheduling, and itinerary coordination for luxury cruise and tour clients worldwide. His team works to secure the lowest available fares, optimal routing, and preferred seating—along with timely support whenever schedules or airline policies change. Since joining Pavlus in 2020, Christopher has built broad experience across sales, guest relations, and service operations, giving him a complete view of how air logistics shape the overall luxury travel experience and reinforce the company's high service standards.

Marc serves as Director of Information Technology at Pavlus Travel, leading platform development, systems automation, and the server infrastructure behind the company's online luxury cruise and tour booking tools. Since joining Pavlus in 2016, he has applied deep technical expertise to streamline operations, sharpen site performance, and build the tools that let travelers research cruise deals, compare itineraries, and connect with personal travel planners through a fast, reliable digital experience.

Jocelyn loves history, culture, and museums—so much so that she once visited twelve museums and art galleries in a single day in Barcelona. Her favorite souvenirs are museum catalogs, and she enjoys ending a day of exploration by sampling local specialties, whether it's burrata pizza in Rome, a haggis burger in Edinburgh, or baked escargot in Paris.

That passion for history and culture is what inspires her love of travel. Jocelyn holds degrees in Medieval History and Political Science and spent a year living in Ireland while attending Trinity College Dublin. One of her favorite memories is exploring the Hill of Tara, where Ireland's ancient High Kings were crowned, and discovering the stories and traditions that many travelers overlook.

As Manager of Training at Pavlus Travel, Jocelyn helps advisors develop the expertise and exceptional service guests have come to expect. She is especially passionate about luxury cruises, expedition voyages, and Europe's river cruises, with a particular interest in Arctic and Antarctic expeditions and immersive cultural travel experiences.

What Jocelyn enjoys most about traveling is uncovering the stories behind a destination. Whether exploring a hidden museum, visiting an ancient ruin, or learning about local traditions, she believes travel is at its best when it deepens your understanding of a place and its people.

Outside of work, Jocelyn is always planning her next cultural adventure and seeking out destinations rich in history, art, and storytelling. She believes the best travel experiences are the ones that leave you with a great story to tell long after you return home.
