Paris for New Year | 2026/2027

How could next year NOT be incredible when it starts with you prancing around Paris?! Gather round and get ready to hit the road, the party starts pronto.  Shortly before we find our ferry for France, we'll be taking in the English coastline beauty of the White Cliffs of Dover. They owe their gorgeousness to their composition of chalk - you're seeing things and we haven't even left the UK! We'll take in the history of World War I battlefields as we drive through the Valley of the Somme and Vimy Ridge. This sobering reminder of the war, and a historical talk will help us remind ourselves of the days gone by.  Cheese, wine, blockbuster sights at every corner, museums, shopping - the list is endless and the good times are only just beginning. Tonight, we'll tuck into a delicious included welcome dinner at a local restaurant in Montmartre.

Start dropping the “bonne annee” line as it’s NYE! Does it get better than this? We sure don't think so. Today, you've got some time to explore the pretty Parisian streets. Plus you'll have the chance to visit a French Perfumery to get scented for tonight! Then, we're off to a party in neon-lit Pigalle (and start the countdown) with your Contiki fam. Time for Paris to show us how it's done.

Wakey wakey folks! Today, we'll head out for a tour of this lovely city's best sights. And in the evening - a perfectly Parisian farewell dinner. We wouldn't skip it if we were you.

One final morning to enjoy coffee, croissants and magical Parisian winter vibes before we make our way back home - with airport drop-off included too. It's been a blast, and it's safe to say you won't have seen the last of your new Contiki fam. One last dose of history before Dover.  Check out those chalk-white cliffs one final time.  Okay team, we've done all we can to sail you into the new year with style and a raging enthusiasm to travel.
