Our Viking River Cruise (Passage to Eastern Europe) was a fantastic experience. The Viking service, staff, coordination of travel arrangements, excursions, and enrichment opportunities were outstanding. Our Pavlus travel planner (Rose) was exemplary in her professionalism, communications, availability/responsiveness and overall kindness and helpfulness. We were traveling with another couple who had used Rose to book previous travel for them, and we were tremendously satisfied with her as our experienced agent. Rose is currently planning another Pavlus cruise on Viking for me and two girlfriends next spring/summer. I have very much enjoyed working with her even more directly to coordinate our upcoming trip. Rose took very good care of us and made sure everything was done to get our trip to be the very best! We had been trying to go on our trip (Cruising the Seine, Plus London & Paris) for 3 years and it was cancelled last year. Rose rebooked it for this year for us and then kept up with us during the time leading up to our travel dates to let us know the latest news of countries opening in Europe. It was really touch and go there for a while, but Rose always encouraged us to stay with it and we had an amazing trip!! Thanks so much, Rose!!

Traveling during Covid was a challenge, three covid tests, masks, locator forms, proof of vaccination all seemed daunting, however, in retrospect I would do it all over again because we had the time of our lives and a huge bonus was less crowded venues, i.e. Versailles. Thank you for keeping up with the changing of plans with Tauck and a big thank you for covering one night stay at The Savoy, what a treat. We stayed four nights at The Savoy and it was fabulous. Of course, traveling with Tauck is such a treat. They take care of everything once you're under their umbrella. Can't wait to plan another trip.
