Word has it that Pavlus Travel will soon be launching a revolutionary Independent Consulting Program for the sale of travel. While program details are not know yet known public word has leaked out that the Pavlus program known as “Amunis” will be paying 100 percent commissions on virtually all of their cruise deals and tour discounts sales. The Amunis staff led by Jodi Holley and Michael Stedule will only be interested in Independent Contractors with a book of leisure cruise and tour business. It’s expected that many established Independent Contractors will shift a significant portion of their business to Amunis and receive a higher commission split. For information call Jodi Holley or Michael Steudle at 800.528.9300.

When a client returns from their cruise or tour they receive a survey from Pavlus Travel to rate the service provided by our travel planners. We post the surveys for all current and potential clients to review. We do not alter any of the postings and they are only from Pavlus clients. We believe in being completely transparent in the level of client service we provide.
Take a look at the ratings of our Travel Planners. Do note that most clients speak about the discounts that were received at Pavlus.
Unlike most travel agencies today we have NO service fees or hidden charges. Here’s an example of a recent client comment received.
We spoke to several people on our recent Viking River Cruise because they had all paid full price through Viking rather than use the expertize and discounts available through Pavlus Travel. We explained that not only would they save money, but the Pavlus experts (like Carol Zaplin - who’s name we provided) would be on their side all the time and would catch any mistakes. We quoted our China trip 2 years ago when Carol immediately caught the fact that Viking had us booked on two different planes on the outbound trip to Beijing. We also advised people on the December cruise that they could also probably get a better deal on travel insurance through Pavlus, quoting our rate which was much better than anyone else we talked to. Basically our message was that for any kind of cruise (apart from Road Scholar), we go to Pavlus first and won’t book directly with the Company. Hopefully the message got through. We’ll see if folks recognize us for the referrals.

We continue to hear that Viking River Cruises is looking to launch Mississippi river cruises in 2016. While competitors mention that the boat must be built in the US and staffed with Americans, never count out the outstanding Senior Management Team of Viking to make the Mississippi venture a success. Most likely Viking’s entry would not be a paddle wheel design. We expect further details in the coming weeks.
