Atlas Ocean Voyages was established in Fort Lauderdale in September 2019 as the U.S. arm of Mystic Cruises, part of Portugal-based Mystic Invest Holding, making Atlas the first ocean cruise line to sail under the Portuguese flag. Its promise of Intimate Yachting Expeditions arrived in August 2021 with World Navigator, followed by World Traveller in 2022 and World Voyager in 2023: three sister yachts of just 100 suites each, purpose-built with Polar Category C and Ice Class 1B credentials for exploration from pole to pole.
Each yacht carries its own personality, from World Navigator's art deco elegance to World Traveller's Italian La Dolce Vita styling and World Voyager's Nordic chic. All share marble-appointed suites, the SeaSpa by L'OCCITANE, and an unusually generous definition of all-inclusive that spans prepaid gratuities, premium wines and spirits, gourmet dining, and even emergency medical evacuation coverage.
