Pavlus came through as the first class organization that we always knew that it was as our vacation came to an end. Pavlus took an unfortunate situation(I came down with COVID on our Antarctica cruise) and made it into as painless an ordeal as possible. Being quarantined for a week our flights home from Argentina needed to be changed -first we needed a flight from Ushuaia Argentina booked and than we needed our flight from Buenos Aires to New York rescheduled. I called Pavlus on a Sunday when their Air support department is normally closed. I was called back by a supervisor who not only was able to switch flights for us but was able to obtain first class seats for the 1st flight(we were already booked first class on the 2nd flight) at no cost to us. Pavlus is truly a class act.

Dianne continues to provide outstanding warm personalized service regardless if it was a new cruise or having to cancel and rebook other arrangements. Christine was most helpful sorting thru all the Cruise vouchers and credits and working with the cruise line to transfer them correctly. Also Chris and Brian were responsive and took care of any questions we had. A real team approach!. Our last cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette was very enjoyable. We felt safe on the ship with all the health/safety protocols. We are getting spoiled being on 1/2 filled cruises. Only at the crowded airport did we feel concerned during our travels. Viking Christmas on the Elbe was wonderful. Cruise was not as originally planned but Viking always comes thru with something just as good or better. A lot of the Christmas Markets were closed and some of the original dockings, but Viking certainly made up for it. It was still a marvelous trip in spite of the issues caused by the current pandemic.

Over the years, Dianne has consistently been there to answer my random questions and set me up with the tours and packages that I'm interested in. I'd first heard of you in 2005 and initially it was the 13% Globus discount which drew me in. However, with the dozen or so tours taken since then, it's been the simplicity that keeps me coming back. A random idea enters my head. I send an email to Dianne and essentially ask 'is this possible?' and in short order I see a draft invoice prepared that includes exactly what I'd envisioned.

Gave our cards to a number of people. Very unlikely we will go on vacations by rail again - disappointed by the poor time management by the tour manager and her general insecurities.Didn't kmow her materials and read most of the informatioin about places visited which I could do in the car via google!! Enjoyed seeing some Fall foliage but cut short by staying too long in seaport that wasn't necessary, etc.
