Donna Fontenot

Donna and your air team did a great job. I will use them again on my next Tauck travel.

We always appreciate the excellent support from Donna and the rest of your staff.

We have been with Pavlus Travel for many years. Donna is our Fantastic Representative for Many years. Highly recommend her and you wonderful company. Thank you for taking wonderful care of us for so many years (16).

Donna is fantastic! We have recommended her to several people. She is supporting us on 2 future cruises.

We enjoyed our cruise on American Cruise Line and are very pleased with the services of Donna.

I found Donna and Julianne to be very helpful and responsive.

Donna has been very helpful and responsive in a timely manner. Our experience with Oceania has been wonderful We will cruise with them again

We have dealt with Donna at your office for many years now, this is our seventh trip with Tauck and each and everyone has been wonderful. Donna and everyone with whom we have come in contact at Pavlus have been super helpful.

Love Donna. She is always ready to help and answers all my questions. We had a great trip.

Pavlus travel and Donna are exceptional. She is great! I love working with her.

Thanks to Donna for another great trip.

Very happy with Donna and Pavlus travel.

Donna was extremely helpful and professional.

Our interaction and experience with Donna and the Pavlus team has been excellent. We will be booking our next cruise via Pavlus.

We were very happy with Pavlus Travel. Our last Viking River cruise was through AAA Travel, and we found Pavlus Travel to be a better value! We certainly will use Pavlus Travel for our next cruise.

Great tour director. Oscar was so knowledgeable and helpful.

On our River Cruise last year, Donna fontenot went to battle to get a refund on our airplane tickets when we were bumped from business class. We love the perks that pavelas offers like the silver spirits package and tips being paid in advance. There always seems to be a nice extra when dealing with pauvlas.

We appreciate Donna and everyone at Pavlus. Have already referred several people to you.

I am very grateful for the Distinctive Voyages benefit we received.

We like Pavlus rewards and travel gifts.

Donna was very helpful and got back with answers to questions quickly and efficiently! I really appreciate Pavlus’ service!!

We needed the after hours emergency air contact because our return flight was canceled. We reached this department promptly and the person we spoke with was very helpful. We are in good hands with Pavlus!

I have enjoyed working with Donna as my travel agent for decades. I have also had good service from Brianna and Dawn as minor problems have arisen. I look forward to more years of good travel.

Working with Donna is a pleasure. Your reward/perks are also nice. Keep them coming...

We have been a Pavlus customer for many years now. Our Pavlus agent, Donna, has been very helpful in helping us meet our travel needs. We look forward to many more years of travel.

Donna is awesome. We look forward to booking through her again.

Love your referral program. It's nice to have this cash in our pocket right before travel. Thank you . very happy with Donna and her services.

We enjoyed the Viking Cruise but prefer out Tuack Tours. We will be returning and talking to Donna.

Keep doing what you do we love Donna

Donna is excellent, cooperative, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with--a marvelous representative of your organization. We already have three cruises coming up, including one where we are taking 5 of our friends.

Donna is a very fine travel advisor and I appreciate her work immensely. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Donna has been great. Thanks.

Very happy with pavlus and viking.

Service , entertainment, and food and beverage all very good.

Fabulous Seine River Cruise on Tauck. Everything was perfect and it was so nice to finally meet Michael & Shelby in person. Looking forward to the next planned event. Only recommendation would be a longer cruise spent on the Tauck River boat. We had so little free time for cruising, shopping etc. it was a very condensed trip. Otherwise it was perfect!!!

We have relied on Donna for many years. We value her assistance. We recommend Pavlus every time we go on a cruise.

Another wonderful trip! Thanks, Donna, for always making our journeys flawless!

I have been a long time Pavlus Travel customer. Even though I live in Colombia, South America, you are my primary travel agency in the U. S.

Seamless job by Donna and the entire customer support team. A well oiled machine.

Cruise was great. Donna was a big help! Thank you for refundable shipboard credit instead of flowers, wine and fruit.. I got a wonderful massage instead!

Donna and Ryan were very helpful and professional. All of our concerns were addressed.

Tauck was great experience I might only travel with them in the future, and all future travel

I appreciate Donna f. Especially since I’m usually on a budget and she doesn’t seem to mind that. I’m sure she has many high end clients that she would rather assist.

We have been very happy with your service and hold Donna Fontenot in high regard. We have recommended your company to many travel companions over the years.

We have been very happy with your service and hold Donna Fontenot in high regard. We have recommended your company to many travel companions over the years.

Extremely impressed with Cunard. Would definitely book this cruise line again.

I'm happy with the service I've received. Usually, I have a cruise in mind before I call, so I don't require much. However, there have been a few times when I decided to make a change to a booking, and Donna has always been very prompt and helpful.

Donna has always been terrific! We always recommend Pavlus when discussing travel planning with friends and acquaintances.

Donna has been extremely helpful when we have had unforeseen problems.

Donna has been an attentive and responsible agent. We are happy to work with her in making our travel plans.

A perfect vacation from day Donna was able to book Cruise until we landed at Kennedy airport. That was more Strenuous than any of our excursions.(not anyone’s fault for having to walk a mile from plane to Passport Control.)anyway, trip was great- thank you Donna.

Donna Fontenot is a great planner to work with and will continue use her

Donna gave us very good advice on the best time to take this trip and responded quickly to our questions. She is a pleasure to work with.

The Viking ship and food were good but this cruise had too many sea days and my husband got restless but I’m glad we took the cruise. I like that Pavlus gives us the cruise credit on the ship so we can use it there or get a credit card payment if we didn’t use it all. Thank you!

We've utilized Pavlus (via Donna) for several trips. The Pavlus team is easy to work with and the additional discounts were appreciated. Donna is helping us with our next Viking River cruise in 2026. Thank you

The BEST STAFF EVER IN EVERY WAY CONGRATULATIONS, I WILL TRAVEL WILL YOU AGAIN ALEJANDRINA DREW

We have used Pavlus services for several years. We work with Donna and she is ALWAYS extremely helpful and professional. It has been a pleasure to book our vacations with her.

I really like that Pavlus gives us on board credit.

Have been a customer for many years and look to you for all our cruise bookings. Big fan of Vikiing, really enjoyed this Oceania outing ( small ship, great route, great staff). Our agent Donna Dominguez was introduced by friends in Houston and does a great job. Your credit when we boarded MS Insigna was a very pleasant surprise.

Although we normally prefer Viking, RCCL was a perfect first time cruise for our kids. And they did a great job for us with a very friendly crew.

The trip was another Viking River cruise for us. As usual, the service was great. What made this extra special was that we were able to take advantage of last-minute deals with free air fare and a drink package. I would travel even more if Pavlus could help me locate more of these great deals. Thank you for your wonderful service. Donna Fontenot is my travel planner

Have used Pavlus for years and particularly DD. We are happy with your service. DD has always been great to work with.

I have become a frequent traveler on Oceania. I like their philosophy and the incredible service they provide. I have worked with Donna for a number of years now and extremely pleased with the quality of service that I receive from her and from Pavlus.

We normally travel on Viking but enjoyed ACL. They are are a friendly bunch, both staff and passengers. Signed up for two other ACL cruises and transferred booking to Pavlus, of course.

No suggestions at the present time. I was most satisfied with your services.

Our Micato safari was a custom private tour that was planned without Donna's assistance, but she readily took over when we were ready to book, and helped us navigate booking and answered our questions on insurance! The Pavlus Air Department did a fabulous job finding Kenya Airways! That airline never showed up on any of our searches, and non-stop flights to and from Nairobi were excellent! We were happy to have our fellow travelers (Aten and Kroegers) become part of the Pavlus family, too!

Donna is great to work with. Her knowledge is extensive and her follow up is impeccable. On this trip, our first hotel did not have our reservation in their system. We waited for 1 1/2 hours while another Pavlus representative battled the SNAFU. It was an example of great teamwork.

Always great service from Donna and the rest of the team.

I like the discounts, benefits and perks when letting Palvus Travel handle my travel packages. It helps me save some money, but overall, I manage and oversee my own travel plans with Pavlus's help.

Very definitely. We book a Viking Cruise thru Pavlus every year through Donna Fontenot. She is a perfect Personal Travel Planner and has helped us annually since 2015. Thank you for great travel recommendations and administration of our trips.

The Pavlus perks were very much appreciated!

Donna was once again THE BEST! She takes care of everything so there is never a worry when traveling. TAUCK Great Lakes Trip was great. They still aren't 100% back to pre-covid standards, but they appear to be trying and that's what we expect!

I"ve shared my comments with RSSC and Donna and RSSC has replied.

We have been using Pavlus for all our travel for several years. Donna has always taken great care to provide us with great service and personal attention.

Good service when primary agent is off or out.

We were very happy with the Silversea cruise experience for the first time - excellent service & quality! Our Tauck tour directors were excellent and experienced! For Alaska the weather was great and definitely one of the best times to be there. Our suggestions for Tauck on this trip(which we shared with them) -- 1) evaluate some of the excursions and operators used ie for the Catamaran Wildlife excursion. We heard better experiences with others who used Silversea tours. 2) Would have liked to have option of organized pre trip to Denali, and likewise extension in Vancouver to Victoria.

Excellent service from Donna and everyone

A little disappointed in Oceania this cruise. Food quality not as good and service was not up to par. Will travel again with Oceania just this trip was not up to their usual standards. As for Pavlus Travel, I am very pleased and recommended your service to several passengers during this trip.

My 83 yr old sister had her flights cancelled just prior to departure and then the rebooked flights were delayed. She almost missed the ship because it took over 2 days to get to Istanbul. We ended up having to buy a one way business class ticket to the other Istanbul airport and paying for private transfer. Then her luggage was lost for the entire trip. She received it back at her home in NJ after the trip. Oceania assisted us in getting her to the ship just in time. She hopes to get some of her added expenses back through AA and BA and through the insurance she purchased through Oceania.

The service was 1st rate. The food was wonerfully presented but sometimes the Taste did not match the presentation-- It was still good but not great. The LaDame Restaurant costs extra and is very hard to get a reservation (even long before the trip)but again the service was very good but the food not up to expectations considering the extra cost and difficulty getting a tabble. . In our opinon NOT worth it. Most excursions were very nice but the Flam Tour to the top of the Fiord was long and disapointing * Only one Panaramic View Point which is totally overcrowded with far too many Bus and Private tourists --- you have to armwressle your wato the singlge small viewpoint , if you are lucky, then yje trip back is over 1 hour. Not good. Better to take the sightseeing train if you can get a reservation. the siver Dawn is a very nicely appuinted ship, The room service staff and Butler are very helpful and always friendly.

Pre-cruise Masterpiece Chocolate Tour did not include Lindt, as my brochure stated was included. Uniworld did not notify me that Lindt was not included. The tour was tacky. The tour guide went inside chocolate shops and purchased chocolates for us to taste outside the shops. It was so unsanitary because everyone was reaching inside to get their "sample". I informed the cruise manager upon arrival at the boat. Veronika informed me that Uniworld would reach out to me in reference to my refund for this Masterpiece Tour. I never heard anything back from Uniworld! I want a refund on this tour! The other Masterpiece Tour that was not worth the money was the Culinary Walking Tour. We walked to a restaurant and were served coffee and cake. No description what we were eating. Tour guide had to spend time finding a substitute for the child with nut allergies. Next stop was tasting goulash and beer. We were shoved into the small area and served the food and beer. No description of what we were tasting. Then the last tasting was a wine tasting. It was actually a liquor store basement that the tour guide gave us a history lesson of the area. I want a refund on this one also! The second leg of the trip was Multigenerational. This was not on my brochure that it was multigenerational. The Uniworld hired assistants to oversee the children did not do a very good job. They were seen running around in the reception area, crawling on the furniture, loud in the lounge during the port briefings, unsupervised at the lunch buffets. Why were they allowed in the lounge during port briefings! It was difficult to find a quite area on the boat because the large family groups were everywhere talking loud and disturbing those around them. There were children on The Culinary Tour that did not belong.

Normal Outstanding Pavlus service.

This was our first cruise on Viking. Maybe after hearing so many good things about Viking, we may have gone in expecting too much. However, we were very disappointed in the food. It was mediocre at best (except for the German buffet night!!!!!) and there was not much variety in dinner choices. Actually, lunches were way better than dinner. Also, with extremely high temperatures for the first half of the trip, one of the two compressors on the ship went out, and the temperatures in our cabin never got below 79 degrees for three days. First they blamed it on the water temperature. Later they admitted that a part was broken, and it took 3 days to get a new part and replace it. Lastly, we noticed a lot of discrepancies between shore excursion descriptions on Viking's website and the actual excursion itself. During the first part of the cruise, a lot of guests who had mobility issues attempted to go on some excursions described as "Easy". They could not do the excursion. And they weren't people in wheelchairs. Some with a cane, and one that used a walker. So, during the cruise, the ship's staff decided to create a new category called "Leisure". They added excursions for these guests that they could go on. So, good for them; however, it's kind of surprising that they haven't done this before? The only other river cruise we have been on was Avalon, and I would rate them way above Viking. Donna at Pavlus was SUPERB as usual!!!!! Love you guys!!

Donna is always there to answer any of my questions and to help me.'

More than satisfied with Pavlus. QM2 was with some exceptions was excellent. Meat entrees on 5 occasions were inedible. Internet cost is a ridiculous $36 a day.

It was a wonderful experience for our whole family!

Donna a little slow in responding to emails/phone calls. She should have personally asked about my cruise experience.

Donna did a great job for us. Looking forward to making our next vacation with her.

Donna, Jocelyn and Heather from Pavlus were very patient, accommodating, helpful and generous in assisting our trip overall! I will always recommend Pavlus to my family and friends when they need assistance on their travel!

We are very satisfied with the overall vacation, however there were few unexpected events like our train transfer from Amsterdam to Brussels was cancelled due to problems of train under repair where we were not notified in advance and there is no clear assistance from the staff of the train station. We were at the train station before the scheduled ride of 2:20pm (12:30pm) and when we got on the train there was an announcement to not board the train. We went to the information and were told to wait for another train schedule at certain platform at 4:20pm and again the train schedule is cancelled. We had to seek for another option to hire a van ride from Amsterdam to Brussels. There were 8 of us in the group and we were charge 420 Euro plus tip. Also we had to wait for the driver coming from Amsterdam. It was already 7:00 pm when we got picked up.

I picked Celebrity but I gave them a poor rating. I had 4 cabins and the ship and the cabins were so dated. I was told it had been renovated in Jan 2024. We also felt we were nickel and dimed to death. It had nothing to do with Pavlus Donna did a great job for us and she is currently searching for our next cruise. Thanks. Charlotte Price

Everyone at Pavlus has been extremely helpful with all our planning, which made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Excellent Guest relations department-Rachel was amazing. She was knowledgeable, responsive and prompt in helping me resolve my issues while Donna was on vacation. Thank you.

Tauck needs a lesson in time management, we were handed a document detailing our first five days and not once did it match the guides "free time". The six hour gap between disembarkation and entering our hotel room was a waste of time. Tauck should create activities around that size hour gap. Very unpleasant way to end the tour.

Unfortunately we encountered a problem upon check in @ The Grand Hotel in Amsterdam. We had booked thru Pavlus a night before the Tauck "gift of time." There was no record of this, but they were very hospitable @ reception and allowed us to check in early. In addition, 1 of our 2 suitcases was broken between leaving the Grand Hotel and delivery on The Inspire. We notified our Pavlus agent, Donna, as well as the staff aboard the Inspire. It was temporarily repaired, but we are in need of a new suitcase now. To date, we haven't received our rebate check.

the trip was enjoyable but the transportation was terrible. We did have a direct flight to Lisbon but the return flight to Philadelphia was not direct. flight left Porto at 8 AM and then on to Frankfurt. Layover was over 4 hours. then we boarded a Discover plane. the seats were very tight and the meal was horrible. After this experience we may not travel to Europe in the future.

Very pleased with offer and service. Thank you.

Very good except developed Covid during trip and near end of trip contacted the emergency travel line that Pavlus gave me in regards to returning a day early. I was expecting assistance with changing our flights home but was told they could not help us, even though I had the travel insurance from Tauck. I was told I would have to contact Tauck and that they could not assist me, even though I was not feeling well. I expected more!! I had to tough it out and complete our trip due to the lack of assistance I received!

We love working with Donna.

Another perfectly curated adventure! Found a trip in a magazine sent by Pavlus, knew I wanted to go and Donna made it happen. The entire process was quick and easy. Going to the Formaula One races in Monaco was the trip of a lifetime. Thanks, Pavlus, for taking care of every detail and making dreams come true!

Great service from Donna and from the Air Department staff.

Spirit of the Desert Tauck tour should reduce the price and give travelers the option to do the flightseeing as the flights are quite choppy and not for everyone. As we did not take the 2nd flight I feel we did not get great value for our dollars and will more carefully read the inclusive excursions in the future. Overall the parks are spectacular and all Americans should see them and realize what a beautiful country we live in.

Our recent cruise was fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Oceania Insignia, especially since we booked segments of the current World Cruise and we saw many people we knew from our 2022 World Cruise on the same ship! Donna is a great asset to Pavlus! She and the Air Travel team have made it very easy to book, modify, and confirm our travel plans. We have successfully referred some of our friends and they have had glowing comments about Donna and Pavlus, too!

Outstanding in all respects, as usual.

We’ve been extremely satisfied with the services provided by Pavlus. Tauck Tours is the finest travel provider although there was a little too much emphasis on history on our recent tour of Spain and Portugal. I suppose that goes with the territory though.

Very responsive when booking a trip. Responsiveness wanes after initial booking. Need more coordination between listing agent and air travel section. Need more info on your reimbursement of airfare so the traveler can decide to use these funds to upgrade their seat. Mike Steudle is has been the most influential person to keep us coming back to Pavlas. He always answers his phone and has complete control of all aspects of your travel systems and can answer all questions in real- time. He has saved the day more than once for us in our international flights….even getting out of bed to provide customer service to us. You have a good company and are settling in following Covid. We will continue to use and recommend your service to friends and fellow travelers. Thank you.

We didn't receive our welcome package completely when arrived for our cruise. We did get a bottle of champagne, which we swapped for a bottle of wine as my wife is allergic to champagne, but no flowers. Service on Oceania was hit and miss compared to our previous cruise on Riviera. It appeared some of the service crew needed more training. Other long time Oceania customers we spoke with said service was sub-par.

Donna is a treasure! Please don’t call or email. Donna has my contact information and will contact me…and I her.

Another wonderful trip orchestrated by Donna! Every detail was covered and it was smooth sailing all the way from Memphis to New Orleans!. Will continue to use Pavlus for all our future adventures!

Although I became ill on the trip, I thoroughly enjoyed both the itinerary and the Staff On the Viking Einar

Great experience every time

been a long time customer.

Donna Fontenot does a great job.

Donna is and has been a trusted and valued travel planner! We are happy to have worked with her and have referred others to her as well.

We recommend Pavlus to all.

There was some confusion about whether we would receive the beverage package as our choice for Oceania Choice.

Great job Have recommended Donna/Pavlus to several peple. Thanks

Enjoyed my recent GLOBUS KIM 317 - It has been a few yrs since I've traveled via Pavlus and I am most pleased with the addition of your: "Pavlus Travel Emergency Airfare Hotline: 1.877.503.3381", which I did use during my trip". My request was taken care of immediately in a friendly, professional, "at once" manner, of which I was very grateful. Thx, Pavlus & Donna Fontenot & the very capable ladies who assisted me otherwise (sorry, I don't have their names handy at present). Will definitely use Pavlus on my next trip! Thx, Cherie L. Pentecost

I was very happy with all the promotions and extras that Pavlus provides. That is why I have recommended Pavlus to my friends. Sometimes I would have liked a faster response to my questions. Over all I am and will use Pavlus again.

Our Regent Cruise was our 6th and was another very good experience. Donna, our long time travel planner and friend, took care of all the details of the cruise and the air travel in her usual professional, excellent manner. WE often recommend her and Pavlus to both friends and fellow travelers.

All OK from my point of view.

Everyone was so helpful throughout all the planning and travel. I couldn't be happier.

I have worked with Donna for years and have recommended her many times. She is very responsive, professional, and always helpful and nice. I know I can count on her. And when she is unavailable, she always refers me to a colleague who is equally proficient. In fact, I came to know Donna through a fellow traveler’s recommendation.

Donna is very easy to work with she also keeps Us informed with information on future trips we may be interested in. The perks as a Pavlus client are also very nice!!

Love working with Donna (DD) She never disappoints

Great trip. Donna was great also. Got us a great deal. Have use her before. Will definitely recommend her and use her again!

Donna always helpful in answering my questions and obtaining the best price for my cruise. I have referred other people to her for their travel plans.

Outstanding vacation. Love Club Med. Love Pavlus. Love Donna.

Great support!!!! It makes the difference. I book with confidence with Donna

As always, very satisfied with Donna. She is so very knowledgeable and thorough. Will continue to exclusively use her for our travels.

Great trip and Donna did a great job on our behalf as always. Have been a Pavlus client for many years and have brought other family members and friends to the Pavlus family.

Enjoyed our cruise. Saw lots of wild life, hiked, ate too much.

Great trip. Great benefits thru Pavlus.

Great service and great prices - what more can I say.

Very satisfied with trip and customer service.

Donna did a great job as usual. We have already booked a cruise with her for next Xmas.

Donna was great and steered me to the best choices. Couldn't be more pleased and have recommended her to others on the cruise.

Have enjoyed years of working with your team.

Always great service. We loved our trip.

Will continue as long as I can travel

Great time on Viking. Planning to go on another cruise next year.

The Viking ocean cruise was an exciting adventure for my wife and me. It was as advertised in all respects. We look forward to another cruise with Viking and hope to once again plan it with Pavlus Travel.

Donna is an excellent planner. I hsave been using her for years. She returns my calls or returns my emails right away.

A wonderful cruise. Donna is always very helpful and responsive to getting all the details ironed out. Will continue to cruise and book with Pavlus.

Our trip got cut short due to a health issue but I love viking cruise line and Donna is fantastic. We currently have 2 more vacations planned for next year with viking cruises.

We like the better prices you give us!!

As always...EXCELLENT! We've used Pavlus for 30+ trips and have never been disappointed. Donna gets an A+ for taking such good care of us and making us feel like we are the most important client she has!

always a pleasure. And certainly appreciate cash back!

Donna has always been a reliable agent who replies to questions promptly and gets answers. She has made travel planning much easier! Thank you, Donna!

Very satisfied, Donna has been great to work with.

Reservations and arrangements for the river cruise were expertly handled. Viking has steeped up their game even more since our last Viking trip 4.5 years ago.

Everything worked as planned and I loved the extra on board credit rather than wine and flowers

Donna took care of everything.

We liked very much the tour. It was relaxed. Great tour director. The islands are beautiful.

Very pleased with all plans and the cruise was great.

The Viking Great Lakes cruise exceeded our expectations! We loved it!

Donna has been absolutely wonderful to work with over the years.

Palvus never disappoints....another great journey!

We went on an Odyssey tour to the canadian rockies which was wonderful. We have used Pavlus for years and are very satisfied. Will be in conact with you soon as we want to plan a winter trip

Donna is always the TOPS. Very Happy!!!

Donna is the most competent, efficient and accurate travel planner I have ever worked with. In addition, she is truly a lovely person. Donna promptly responds to both my emails and phone calls. It is a pleasure working with her.

We always get the best price and the best service from Pavlus. Donna is great!

Donna and the Air Department Staff, including Leann, did a great job getting me enrolled in the Tauck Tour and coordinating my flights to and from the Tour locations. They got me good deals and made sure I was seated with my preferred traveling companion with very little time in advance.

I always check the competition and keep coming back to Pavlus for the best cash back bonuses.

Donna was very helpful and I would use her again.

Donna Fontenot has been our travel agent since 2012. She has been exemplary in her travel planning for us. She has planned over 15 Tauck Tours, all of which have been wonderful, memorable experiences. I would highly recommend Pavlus and Donna to friends and colleagues.

Donna is always extremely helpful and efficient

Donna went far beyond normal in order to make the vacation nice. She has been our planner for many years and we hope she continues until we are done traveling.

Wonderful planning by Donna!

Always get the best price with very good service

Donna / Pavlus Travel continue to be awesome to work with in planning our vacations which always occur with my travel groups! Thank you!

We are very happy with Pavlus. Thank you.

Donna makes vacation planning easy!

Donna on your team has always done a terrific job on our various cruises. She’s been very responsive, helpful and help to assure that we got the value for our trip.

near seamless coordination.

Donna always works so hard for me

I have enjoyed my relationship with Pavlus travel for over 15 years. I enjoy a friendly relationship with Donna. I have always been treated respectfully and fairly. Donna goes out of her way to take good care of me. Looking forward to many years of close relationship with Donna and Pavlus. I have been helped by many other Pavlus people in the past . They go above and beyond to meet my requests. Thanks to all of you.

Tauck river cruise met all expectations. Very pleased with Donna and Pavlus staff coordination, especially with air travel arrangements.

.I havedealt with Donna for a number of years. She is the greatest when it comes to helping me with any quiestions or problems I have. I will continue to use Pavlus travel as long as we can still.travel.

Blame it all on Donna......... for 22 years, she s been the best !

Donna did a great job, as usual. And, as always, Pavlus gave us a great price on our Globus tour.

All went off without a hitch.

Have used Pavlus for 27 trips and have never had a problem with any aspect of our journey. Donna is THE BEST!

We wanted a trip to Hawaii. Our relatives use Tauck but we could not afford that level. Asked Donna for another next best company. She recommended Globus. It was everything we wanted in what will probably be a once in a lifetime trip for us.

I enjoy getting money back after booking a cruise. I check out the competition and go with the company that offers the best deal. In this case is Pavlus.

Our trip was very nice and Donna was very attentive.

Donna has always been above & beyond in her service.

Loved our 35 day cruise including the Distinctive Voyages adventures that we participated in.

Very pleased. Always appreciate the wine and flowers on the cruises. Although, we usually don't partake much in the fruit basket when we are on a cruise.

Donna provided excellent service. I look forward to booking my next trip with her.

Donna..................the best

As always Donna was a star in handling our reservations I all ready have 2 morse crusies booked with Pavlus and Donna

Pavlus is an amazing agency to deal with. I have recommended them to 7 couples who are all booking trips to Canada in February.

Good service, everything went the way it should with no issues. Overall great service at a good price.

Absolute fabulous trip--A&K Safari & Rail Adventure. Donna told me this was a fabulous trip and she was spot on!

Pavlus makes travel easy with lots of customer service; provides perks and competitive pricing. On our last cruise I was singing your praises and several people wanted your contact information. I am proud to recommend you because I know you will treat them right. Hoping to take advantage of your referral program in the process. Thank you!

Very happy with Pavlus. Donna has helped us plan trips several times. She is extremely easy to work with. It’s always nice to get that thank you check after a referral.

The vacation was wonderful and the support from Pavlus in organizing this vacation was excellent! Thank you!

Donna for around 20 years now....always the best. Does her utmost to lock in the best rates for her clients, with great suggestions when asked. I've sent many referrals her way...all feel the same.

My husband and I love to travel. We contact Donna F and tell her what we are looking for. She helps tie it all together for us. She has been our travel go-to for over ten years now. We look forward to planning many more. We also have referred quite a few new clients to her.

Love working with Pavlus.

The cruise was great. Information about the cruise was sometimes difficult to come by.

Best cruise ever!!!!!!!!!

Always very happy with service and of course really appreciate the "cash back"!

Love the benefits of having Pavlus handle the cruise.

Donna always gets back to us right away when we have a question or problem with a trip we have planned with her. She is very pleasant to talk to and very friendly.

Very pleased with Pavlus Travel. We had a great trip. Worth keeping Pandaw in mind for your clients who want Asia and a teeny tiny ship with excellent service.

We had a wonderful cruise and really like the cash back we receive! We handed out referral cards on the cruise.

Donna has always done a great job for us.

Loved the ship, crew, nd food!

Donna is always a delight to work with.

Donna has always done a good job on booking my Viking cruises. Quick to return my calls and e-mails

Donna , as always is very helpful and quick to answer queries

Good info & tips on selecting viking cruise

A great company. Donna is the best. She has taken great care of us for 20 years. We are extremely satisfied with your company

Donna has been very helpful. It has been a challenging year, with one trip canceled due to health problems, and another cut short by covid contracted mid cruise. I really like your business model of sharing your commission. Much more impactful than the usual token shipboard credit, etc.

Great travel company nice cruise

Everything was handled very well. No issues with any of the travel arrangements.

This journey was a rail trip that was thoroughly enjoyed. Looking for more rail itineraries. Great, friendly staff. Superb food. A few single malt scotches would be nice. Bartender was good. Great piano entertainment. You tour directors were excellent. Train cabins were expectedly small but acceptable. Excursions were very much enjoyed.

We had 8 people traveling. Donna did a great job taking over for Kymm. We appreciate her help and will continue with her as she was very responsive to our needs.

Thank you for the lovely gifts on board the ship. Had a lovely time.

Donna, Always does a great job for us. We had a great trip with family and friends and will be on another one on Viking December 1 and Seabourn next spring. We have recommended Palvus to numerous friends, neighbors and family. We have been with Palvus well ove 10 years.

This was our 5th Viking adventure booked through Pavlus - Donna is the best!

Donna was excellent to work with. We loved our river cruise and look forward to the next one. Viking is an outstanding company and the crew, ship and our state room was fabulous.

Pavllus is the only company I will work with. They have taken great care of us for the past 20 years. Donna is the best.

Donna D. was great....answered my emails back promptly....reminded me to get my passport renewed as I didn't realize the 6-month prior deal....saved me! Thank you Pavlus Travel!

My first cruise. It was a great experience.

I was referred to Donna by two families on my Oceania ATW2018. She is a delight to work with, manages to snag wonderful cabins out of thin air, and I have already referred 3 people to her (including my cabin-mate on the last cruise). Please keep her happy. She makes me happy.

Wonderful team work with Donna at the helm! Thanks a lot, Lourdes

Great trip....thanks for getting me on at the last day.

Donna did a great job with our group, we had an Oberammergau, Germany Passion Play and Viking river cruise planned originally for summer 2020, but was delayed to 2022 due to the pandemic. Donna worked thru these obstacles, concerns, questions, contingencies, etc. over a several year period; doing a fantastic job keeping us informed. Personally, ours was a great trip/experience with a few unplanned obstacles including flight rebook due to severe weather with missed connection, lost luggage (48'), busing around low water spot on the Danube River, and coming home with a mild case of covid; but all worth it; making for a few good stories to tell. Pavlus did a great job.

Great vacation. Great customer service by Donna at Pavlus

I have used Pavlus Travel for oodles of years as our travel advisors and planners for ALL our cruise/cruise-land vacations with friends and family ... and I have never been disappointed! Donna has been our personal advisor since we began to cruise back in 2013 and she has always been there to answer all our questions and if she didn't have the answers she would "move mountains" to get the answers for us! And given the COVID constraints that all organizations are feeling these days (fewer staff) ... getting those answers have proven to be a challenge. But Donna did her magic! Yahoo! I also want to give a "shout out" to the Pavlus Guest Relations group as they served the roll of "communications team" between Holland America and our group for our latest vacation (land + cruise vacation) ... sharing communication documents from HAL to each of us. THANK YOU! Pavlus Travel is a GREAT TEAM and I will continue to use them for all future cruise/land vacations and will continue to highly recommend them to friends and family in the future. - Linda

Donna is a terrific resource and travel planner. She helped with our Tauck Romantic Germany tour.

My family and I enjoyed our Globus vacation. Because of covid we had to contact Pavlus several times. All the staff we dealt with were courteous and professional. We would recommend Pavlus travel to anyone who is planning a trip.

Donna has been an exceptional travel agent for both myself and my travel companions over the years. I will continue to recommend her services to all my friends as we continue to vacation using Pavlus Travel as our travel agency! Thank you!!! - Linda

Donna is the best and always takes care of us

As a repeat customer, I am even more impressed with Pavlus. They are always there with an answer to any question. The best part is loyalty to Pavlus is rewarded! Our Tauck tour to Israel and Jordan was spectacular!!

Lovely tour and Donna communicated with us each step of the process. Looking forward to next tour in July!

Donna and the Pavlus team went above and beyond our expectations for our trip. From the cruise to the transportation to the resort, they helped coordinate it all. Will definitely use Pavlus and Donna again in the future! Thank you!

Another memorable Tauck tour (Portugal/Spain). So great to be traveling again internationally. Donna is always so helpful!

Trip was great. Checked the Keukenhof Gardens off my bucket list. They were amazing.

It was wonderful and whenever I called Donna she was always available

All our questions were answered in a timely manner ad there were not unexpected surprises. Overall this was an excellent experience.

As usual, excellent service in all respects.

Great trip on Oceania, and great service from Pavlus.

Donna always does a great job!

Viking did an excellent job of keeping us safe…because of Viking protocols I would not use another cruise line….no matter what….For us Viking delivers and so does Pavlus. Thanks!

I enjoyed my cruise very much. Holland America took multiple precautions to keep its cruisers safe.

There is NO ONE who takes better care of clients than Donna!!

Donna took care of every detail and then some we always receive top notch service from Pavlus Travel. Wouldn't think of booking with anyone else.

The prices are very competitive, and the person we work with, Donna, is very responsive to all our calls and questions.

We are always satisfied with the great service Donna provides us. We were on three back to back cruises and will return for a forth leg on the holiday cruise. Donna is very knowledgeable about all the travel secrets, she communicates very well, is very kind and truly wants to make sure you have a great trip. My husband and I highly recommend Pavlus.

I put all arrangements into Donnas hands.Everything is well planned.

Donna was amazing to work with and was very helpful with all of our questions!

great trip and the best service from your people

Excellent….Donna Fontone is the best……she is always ready to to help Everybody at Pavlus is wonderful

Donna or DD is terrific. She follows up and this time even got us a handicap accessible room with a balcony because that is what we wanted and there were none available at the time of booking because the first cruise we had booked was cancelled on us by Royal Caribbean. The cruise itself was somewhat disappointing in that we had to wear masks whenever we were outside of our rooms unless we were in the dining room. However, in the theater for entertainment, masks were not demanded and it just did not make sense because we are vaccinated and we had to test negative to Covid within 48 hours of the cruise. Also Celebrity, also owned by RC, does not demand masks be worn. Also, the Diamond club was too small for the large ship, plus many perks have been cut back if you are a Diamond club recipient. Allure of the Sea needs more entertainment during the week and it is time to change Mama Mia, the musical to a new one. We got a little bored because not enough to do during down times. As far as Pavlus and DD, could ask for no more, we appreciate all that she does for us and hope you give her some bonuses for her great work. Elsa Clauson

Donna always does a great job for us. She takes care of any concerns or questions we may have. We have been loyal Palvus customers for many years and have had family members and friends also book with Palvus. We already have a couple of 2022 cruises booked with other family and will probably add another 2022 while starting to look at 2023. We had Carolyn for years and she was terrific, but Donna always goes above and beyond when attending to our account. We are very happy that she is our agent. Best regards, Joe and Leslie Schaitberger

Both Donna and Brian were exemplary in addressing our concerns re: having Tauck's transporter meeting us at the Hertz rental return. All went according to plan. We appreciate your service and are always delighted to have that "fun money" check arrive as we're about to set off on our trip. Thank You! ~Linda Peddie~

Donna D. and everyone at Pavlus Travel have always done a great job for us. We have many trips planned, and we will continue to come back.

Great support and service, as always from Donna

Pavlus did a great job. Wife hospitalized in Alicante Spain. Donna advised us to get insurance. We reclined. Big mistake.

No problem with pavlus. We chose the tripbut, American Queen was a bit disappointing. Wasted 1 day with generator problem, and ship was understaffed.

Donna & Laura were great to work with. Uniworld did an outstanding job considering there were just 32 passengers.

Been a customer for years. First real contact was with Craig and I’ve never looked back.

Donna provides great service and responsiveness. We also appreciate the rebate check!

Donna was very helpful, kept me up to date after original cruise was cancelled due to Covid. She worked through the "reschedule mess" and took care of an on board credit question with Viking. (NOTE: I am still waiting for my $300 VISA credit promised by Viking. It was promised to be within 2 weeks. If it doesn’t show up, I hope I can "lean on Donna" again!) Thanks again, Donna, for all your work! Ranking "9" only because of the distance from Minnesota.

Donna has arranged our tours for many years and we are totally satisfied with her efforts. We will continue to use Pavlus as our source of information and schedule our trips.

We are so happy that Donna is our travel advisor. She works so hard on our behalf. I feel that I am always getting the best deal possible.

Everything went well. Cruise was excellent even with all of the extra covid protocol requirements.

Meets all our needs, and the refund is very nice.

I tell everyone how great Pavlus and Globus are and reccomend them to everyone I travel with.

I like the incentives that Pavlus offers.

Pleased with Pavlus services.

We love Windstar cruises and this one was just as expected. Fun, relaxing and ocean view what more can you ask? We will speak directly with Donna about details.

We were very pleased with our trip.

Viking Journey Along the Pacific was fabulous....quite an adventure. As always Donna and the Pavlus team did a fantastic job.. Keep up the good work. We like your discounts too!!

Donna does a wonderful job. She is always patient with me. My cruise with Viking to the West Indies was relaxing. Looking forward to my next vacation with Pavlus' help.

Our 2-week trip to the Galapagos Islands an Ecuador was awesome. Our tour guides, Fernando in Guayaquil and Santiago for the remainder of Ecuador. Were excellent -- very helpful and friendly. We will recommend this trip to many of our friends.

It was a very nice tour, we enjoyed it very much. Everything was well organized.

Donna was very helpful with my many questions. Also was kind enough to adjust our sailing to accommodate an additional savings for us which I greatly appreciated. No glitches at all, which is a great thing. Looking forward to another Viking River Cruise in the future.
