STRAFhotel&bar, 4* Hotel, situated few steps from the Duomo Cathedral in Milan city center, is a member of Design Hotels. It was born with a new concept of hospitality, characterised by a welcoming, careful and at the same time informal service. Vincezo De Cotiis, Architect has used unusual materials for the Hotel, including scratched mirrors, burnished brass, iron, black stone, cement, recycling objects and experimenting with the surroundings enviroment creating an interior design far from the usual hotel industry standards. The 64 rooms and suites, all equipped with hi-tech features and made with refined and innovative materials with a minimalist touch, blend design and functionality, maximising comfort.
STRAF bar has an intense and exciting atmosphere. A place where the customers are assembled from variety of backgrouds, both international and urban. The attractively decorated ambience brings together artistic features such as recycled fibreglass panels and original vintage furnishings. After a day of pounding the Milan streets, the bar offers the pefect spot for relaxation.
H2O Wellness Boutique is a secret wellbeing oasis of ethereal calm beneath the historic palazzo. Vincenzo De Cotiis has achieved a sensory play between reflections and materials. The zen space has a resistance pool with 29°C water, sauna, hammam and relaxing area.
