Lee Alvarez

Lee has been an extremely responsive and helpful Pavlus agent!

Pavlus did an exceptional job at returning phone calls and answering questions we had. Lee is a pleasure to work with . She is always quick to respond and does a great job at keeping us informed of any changes or items we need to address. I have and will continue to recommend Lee and Pavlus to my fellow travelers!

Have been working with Lee and she has been very helpful.

Viking was a pleasure both the staff and how clean the ship was. We will definitely sail with Pavlus/Viking again. Lee was on top of every situation. Always a pleasure.

Our trip went great!! best ever. When we had a question, we had a very quick response from your team. Lee did a great job in handling everything that we needed for our trip to Alaska.

I remain very impressed with Pavlus. Lee does an excellent job supporting my travel plans, and I appreciate all the folks in guest relations that help me with things like documentation of the AmEx or Stock amenities; or the team that works in the air department. The staff gets back to me in a timely manner and are a pleasure to work with. The cash back program is very generous, and really helps with the cost of my travel. I also appreciate the referral program. ....and of course, I am super excited to participate for the 2nd year in the Pavlus/Tauck river trip! Such an awesome idea and opportunity to get to know not just the Pavlus team, but other fellow travelers. Looking to the future, I've booked European cruises in mid-November of 2027 & 2028, keeping myself available in the hopes of future Pavlus/Tauck river trips in early November :-)

Once again both Lee and Donna have come through for us in making the booking seamless. Thank you!

I appreciated the help Lee gives us and I also appreciate the extra SBC and other perks that Pavlus offers us.

We have been pleased with having Lee as our cruise consultant for years. Not only does she do a good job, but also the guest services and flight department are very eager to help in any way. Keep up the good work, Pavlus!

Lee was amazing. She gave us excellent info. She suggested that we book a cabin on the port side. That allowed us to watch the beautiful scenery as we sailed down the Norwegian coast.

Lee and your team have always provided excellent service and go beyond anyone expectations!

I would highly recommend Tauck’s Northern Spain tour. The landscapes a beautiful, the food is excellent, the stops throughout the tour were interesting, hotels excellent and we had one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had.

We had an amazing trip/cruise to French Polynesia on Windstar! We really enjoyed the bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries Windstar had in our cabin for our anniversary! Thanks so much! We would highly recommend this trip!

Everything was totally fantastic!

Everything was fine. Will use in future

Excellent service and experience.

Excellent service as always. Lee is the best!

Our longtime agent Lee is always great. It was a great trip....a great price.....We love that Pavlus always gives us OBC. All was smooth. Thanks

I recommend Lee at Pavlus Travel to everyone I meet.

Odyssey’s Unlimited really outdid themselves with this Japan trip! We had a wonderful tour Director and excellent local guides in most places.

I have been working with Lee for many years and she has always provided not only me but the rest of my family, with the very best travel planning. I recommend Lee and Pavlus Travel at every opportunity. I am also always impressed with Pavlus Guest Services Department as they are courteous, knowledgeable and a great resource!

Great trip. Working with Lee now for another!

We appreciated the Distinctive Voyage add on.

I’ve received great service with Pavlus and have referred you to others. Not only have you helped with booking cruises for me, but you found terrific hotels and transportation to and from the airport that worked beautifully. I will certainly use you for all bookings in the future.

We are very happy with the friendly knowledgeable agents we work with at Pavlus. Keep up the great work.

We really like working with Lee, we're booked for another trip in August '27 and still looking for more before that. Keep up the good work.

We've been Pavlus customers for many years now and always come to Pavlus for all our travel plans. pavlus has always provided excellent and friendly service

Pavlus’ service and customer perks are top tier. Our planner, Lee, far exceeds any we’ve worked with. We have booked 6 future Viking cruises with Lee and are telling our friends and those we meet traveling they should give Lee at Pavlus a call.

I have been very pleased with all of Pavlus personnel and the service they have provided. Customer service and the air department have really stepped up for me in my past trips. I find those services most important, and your professional and prompt service really impress me. I speak with other travelers about these services and Pavlus performs exceptionally compared to what I hear from others. Lee has also provided great assistance and communication. I really do not have any recommendations for improvement. You perform exceptionally for me now.

The trip went very smoothly. Pavlus is always helpful to us.

Lee has once again proved that professionalism is alive and well. Everything went perfectly. We have been clients of Pavlus for over 18 years and never has an issue that Lee and Customer Service did not correct. Thank you all at Pavlus.

Lee is our agent at Pavlus. She is knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend her to my friends anytime.

Working with Lee was a pleasure.

We like Pavkus and will continue to use you.

Pavlus is great and love Oceania. Love working with Lee and have recommended her to family and friends.

Viking Mars was excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful ship. The service was amazing . Our cabin was great. PV was spacious. We were in cabin 6001. It was far forward. We hardly felt the motion. Our travel advisor. Lee was wonderful. Would recommend viking highly.

The whole trip was a success. We greatly appreciated the extra bonus money we received from your company just before our trip began. We have another trip, a river cruise, through your company which is scheduled for May Thanks

Pavlus has done a great for us for many years - Many thanks for the excellent service !!

I think you have the best travel agency that I use Lee is excellent with planning my cruises and securing my suites

I'm very pleased with all the support I get. Lee has been a great travel planner. Very responsive and gets me to the right department when needed. Michael is also a delight to work with and I appreciated spending time with him & meeting Shelby on the November Pavlus Tauck river cruise in France.

Very satisfied with Pavlus and Lee, appreciative for the perks and gifts.

The tauck river cruise was just fantastic. It was a great group of pavlus, customers. The tauck staff was outstanding and it was exceptionally great to have the Pavlus team represented with michael and shelby. I felt very welcomed as well as very well taken care of. If at all possible it would be wonderful to do this kind of a trip again. I appreciated the pricing, which was very affordable as a single traveler. I also appreciated how much Pavlus went to the extent of what they did to prepare us for the trip with the lovely gifts that came beforehand. Well on board, I had a small tragedy at home ( we had to put my family dog down) and the kindness and care that both the pavlus and Tauck folks showed me was greatly appreciated. Honestly, everything about the trip exceeded my expectations. I would love to be included again if it is possible to do a similar trip in the future.

Sure! We're hoping to take another Celebrity cruise next year!

Lee, Guest Relations and the Air department always respond promptly, and are friendly and professional. Looking forward to our next trip.

The entire travel experience was wonderful! The staff at both Pavlus & Tauck did a remarkable job of making us feel welcomed and at home. Continue the great customer focus that you do and Pavlus will continue to set the standard for customer satisfaction.

As always, Lee at Pavlus Travel, as well as others, provided excellent service.

We are very happy with Pavlus and Lee our travel consultant.

Pavlus did a good job as did Lee. I appreciate the rebate and I would not hesitate to use Pavlus again.

Overall good travel with AMA WATERWAYS.

Our experience with Lee has always been exceptional and is a wonderful asset to your firm. Your staff has always been helpful in any enquires we have.

We have been very satisfied with Pavlus and our TA Lee. The support staff are excellent.

As ALWAYS, Pavlus and LEE did an outstanding job. We would use NO OTHER travel partner nor would the 22 other couples we travel with. Top Notch staff!

We've been booking our international travel with Lee for many years and she has always exceeded our expectations for responsiveness, travel knowledge and service. We've also found the Pavlus Customer Service representatives whom we've contacted on occasion for follow up after a booking to also be very helpful & efficient.

Your services & team were outstanding from the planning stages of our magnificent trip to Paris & the amazing River Boat Cruise with Uniworld!!! Must tell you that my wife & I have never had a more relaxing & spectacular vacation. Every aspect of the cruise was perfect: Food, Service, Accommodations (though small) Shipboard Staff extremely professional & attentive in every way. We were overwhelmed with Pavlus services & follow up. Already have told friends & family how pleased we've been in the process. Many thanks for creating a fabulous 50th Anniversary Vacation!!!

Lee and the air department were extremely helpful. I was fortunate to be able to meet Lee in person for dinner. She is so friendly and knowledgeable Lee has always done an outstanding job in helping me to plan my vacations. I feel very fortunate to have Lee as my travel planner

Everything went very smoothly. We appreciated all the emails and contact.

I have used Pavlus for many years and have always had good service. As long as we continue to cruise, I'll be booking with Pavlus. I've worked with Lee for years, and she has been a great agent.

Since I became a client of Pavlus, I have been extremely happy with the service provided. Prior to my coming to Palo I utilize several travel agencies without obtaining true satisfaction. I now have it and I’m thrilled to be part of the family.

Lee Alvarez is the best travel planner. Guest Services is also very helpful.

Thank you for helping us plan another amazing trip. Lee Alvarez has been our personal planner and when she it out or our question involves air itinerary changes the air branch is on it pretty quickly to assist us. We have since booked two more cruises with Pavlus and have referred our friends who wanted to join us in helping them set up our itinerary as to be able to travel together. Thank You!

We appreciate Lee Alvarez.

Lee Alvarez at Pavlus has been assisting us for years and is excellent. My only complaint is with Tauck. We (myself, sister and brother-in-law) recently travelled on Tauck's Switzerland: Europe's Crown Jewel trip starting on August 28, 2025 (Reservation Number: SW 5828003). In the description of the tour they of course indicated that hotels would be the specified or an equivalent. When they switched out the hotel in Zermatt, it was for another just down the street, and was I believed a suitable equivalent. However, in both Interlaken and Lucerne, they swapped out our hotels for ones that were in completely different places, both up in the mountains in small ski resort/hiking locations. I believe this was completely unacceptable. I had planned activities for my free time, and would have loved to walk around the cities after dinner in both Interlaken and Lucerne. Instead, we were subjected to an additional 30-minute bus ride each way to house us - in the case of Interlaken in a "quaint Alpine-style" hotel in Grindelwald that I would say at best was a three-star hotel. In Lucerne, the Kempenski hotel in Engleberg was beautiful, but instead of eating our final meal there, we were taken to a "beer-hall" style restaurant where the food was mediocre at best. In addition, being in Engelberg meant that we were subjected to a very early morning drive in the dark on the switchbacks through the mountains to get to our departure city - Zurich. In both cases, staying outside of the cities added an additional 30 minutes of travel time in the bus each way. I had heard so many great things about Tauck tours but their switching out not just hotels, but actual hotel LOCATIONS makes me hesitate to book another tour with them.

We are extremely grateful for the airline assistance when we had a hiccup. Lee and Leann fixed everything quickly and efficiently - thank you!

We have used Pavlus for several trips and will continue to do so. Our agent has always been responsive

Lee Alvarez is a wonderful representative of your company's dedication to quality travel. Lee is quick with responses to emails or calls. Lee helped my daughter plan this trip on Princess with a family of 15. Everything went perfectly and a great memory for my family. Thank You Pavlus travel and Lee for a great experience.

Been a customer of Pavlus for 25 We have been customers of Pavlus for 25+ years. I always go to Pavlus first. =

I am very happy working with Lee Alvarez. She takes good care of us and we have recommended her several times.

Please thank Lee for her assistance in booking this cruise.

Lee was terrific and very helpful. Everything about our recent cruise was fantastic.

We have been working with Lee Alverez and Pavlus for many trips over the last 11 years and find your staff to be very helpful and responsive as well as saving us money on your cash back program.

all was great....already booked another cruise thru Pavlus

Our travel planner Lee is unfailingly very helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Anastasia in customer service who helped me rent a wheelchair for my husband on short notice. She went above and beyond with that and other issues and trip details, and I am grateful.

We have been using Pavlus Travel for many years and have had great experiences.

Very smooth and enjoyable

We love Lee and the other members who help us with all of our travel questions & arrangements. We can count on someone responding within a short period, even if Lee is out of the office, which we're made aware of before any time off she may have. We will continue to be clients of Pavlus and recommend them highly.

PAVLUS is wonderful! Lee is a great agent and I look forward to using her again.

I am very happy with Pavlus. I've referred quite a few folks to the agency and they are also very happy. I am going on the Taluk River cruise in November from Paris and I'm excited to meet the leadership team.

Can't wait to go on my next Tauck adventure!

Lee and all the Pavlus team we have dealt with has been great for all the many cruises we have enjoyed. Excellent service ! We have enthusiastically referred our friends to Pavlus - in fact we just returned from our 2nd Alaska cruise with our friends that we introduced to Pavlus last year and they have already booked another Oceania cruise with Pavlus.

The trip was great and Lee did a great job in helping us.

Looking forward to our next 2 trips. Enjoy working with Lee and the Pavlus staff

Lee and your full staff are outstanding. Everything is addressed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Pavlus Travel to all my friends and associates. Great Job. Thank you Lee!!!!!

We had an issue with our return flight reservation, and Denise and another lady fixed it.

Food quality is definitely off on Oceania. The staff an cruise director are great but you can see where they are cutting corners since NCL bought them.

We're quite satisfied with Pavlus

I love working with Lee alverez.. any have already been working with her first my husband and I 50th anniversary. We are doing a celebrity cruise with 12 others..she helped me book 6 suites in the retreat...I hope we have the most awesome time with my friends.

I really hate it when I need help while I’m a trip and the office is closed. The time difference around the world makes it’s difficult to get help when you really need it. Can’t someone be on call to help?

Worked with Lee Alvarez for many years and always had great communication with her about all of our trips. Will definitely call her about our future vacation plans.

You’ve already helped us book our next cruise for this June- Greek Isles and Mediterranean on Majestic Princess. We love Pavlus and we love Princess. We always recommend you to our friends. Special thanks to Lee Alvarez!

Had a wonderful trip to Spain. Although I was unable to procure one of the free nights in Barcelona prior to the start of the tour, and I suspect this was due to the timing of my booking the trip since there were many, many guests who took advantage of Tauck’s gift of Time with an extra pre-tour night, at least Lee was able to book us a room at my expense for the same hotel that Tauck was using, and Lee also somehow provided us with $100 credit for the night which we used for food /beverage since she reserved the room on the Pavlus American Express card, which provided the bonus as one of the small hotels of the world or luxury hotels of the world. Going forward I guess I need to remember that there are only a finite number of free nights provided prior to the tour and the early bird catches the worm. All all, everything was great, we received our rebate from BAVLUS a few weeks before departure and everything went smoothly.

Lee has always been extremely helpful and efficient.

Lee and Guest Services are excellent.

I like the webinar travel segments you do, more of those would be nice. Also, maybe info on upcoming visa siues w/ England etc.

Appreciate Lee Alvarez a lot. Been referring travelers friends to Pavlus. Appreciate Guest Services group as well. Thank you.

my sincere thanks to lee alvarez and your team. we needed help because we were a last minute booking. viking Mississippi a fabulous time! thanks again cathy nolan and gerry marsicano

Lee is the best! Booked another cruise while in Antarctica. We now have two Viking cruises on the books. Thanks.

Have been using Pavlus exclusively since our Viking River Cruise (Budapest - Amsterdam) in August, 2014. Currently also have a Viking River Cruise Milan-Paris scheduled this August and a Viking Ocean Cruise Bali to Bangkok for April 2026. Lee and the Guest Relations staff are very responsive to help and have saved us money. We especially book through Pavlus because of your cash back program. Other benefits include your on-board credits, prepaid gratuities and beverage packages. Look forward to our next adventures though Pavlus.

Lee recommended the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney and what a fantastic recommendation it was. Location, location, location! Hotel exceeded our expectations. Big Thank You to Lee.

Lee A. is my contact with Pavlus and has always been awesome...I'm always suggesting people to contact Pavlus Travel and Lee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Regent Cruise and the chance to meet Craig, who was on the trip. The food continues to be top notch, and we enjoyed the entertainment and excursions as well. Lee did a good job of seeking out a good price for us with onboard credit as well.

Pavlus assistance for our Cruise Trip was fine. Celebrity cruise was fine also.

I have enjoyed our relationshiop with Pavlus Travel and working with Lee our Travel planner. I have referred a number of clients to Pavlus including friends that travelled with us on this AMA Waterways trip. Looking forward to continuing to travel with Pavlus Travel in the future.

Lee is always very quick to respond to my questions.

Our veranda cabin was quite small but otherwise we enjoyed the cruise and have planned to take a similar one next. year. Our agent Lee Alverez has been fantastic.

Keep it going Pavlus! No concerns on my end.

Everything was great. Ponant Cruise was outstanding (itinerary, food and service) and will continue to cruise with them. Lee's service is exceptional and she is a pleasure to work with.

Lee did a marvelous job with our vacation. She really knows what she is doing. Everything she daid and/or planned was accurate and came true. We cannot wait to utilize Lee for our next trip. Frank and Rosemary Jansen PS: Have a happy and prosperous New Year.

We. like working with Lee, we enjoy the extra SBC we receive too. Thank you. Kathy

This was our 15th Oceania cruise. Obviously we like Oceania very much. Lee Alvarez has been our travel consultant for many years and she is outstanding.

Thank you for giving me a very nice expedition to Antartica, an amazing experience of a lifetime.

Very prompt in answering questions on everything bookings ticketing plus plus the 10% money back even before our travel . I will refer it to friends and family.Thank you so much I found out about your travel agency ???

As always, Lee and the rest of the Pavlus team provided too notch customer service

Our TA Lee Alvarez is helpful , supportive, knowledgeable and addresses our questions and concerns. We like working with her.

Lee had been provided amazing assistance and guidance over the years. Always helpful and we are appreciative all of her efforts.

I have used Pavlus -for 23 years and have found no other travel agency who can beat their prices and service

Lee has been terrific to help us with our travel planning. Excellent follow up and communication skills! We will continue to be very happy customers

Lee was very responsive as well as the other people on your staff who answered my emails. Thank you!

Lee Alvarez was extremely effective and thorough in planning the Viking South China cruise for myself and my wife. The trip and the cruise was interesting, educational and fun. Any future cruises will definitely be booked through Pavlus travel, who was recommended by a friend who has previously booked through your company.

There was a last minute, less than 24 hour notice, change in our return flight resulting in an overnight delay while in transit. Viking Travel wasn’t helpful at all so I called Pavlus and they quickly had our flights changed to prevent the overnight delay. We appreciated everyones help in resolving this matter.

One of the best trips I have ever had. I have been on many Viking ships and always have excellent care. Thank you for good service on planning this trip.

Loved your attention to detail —— and your cash back!!

Since I have enjoyed working with Lee for many years and have found Pavlus's service to be outstanding, I will always use this company for my travel plans. Pavlus offers rebates or onboard credit. They even give gifts in the cabins, sometimes. They are very helpful with all my travel needs. Thank you, Pavlus!

Our cruise on the Celebrity Ascent was wonderful. Any questions we had prior to our vacation were always answered in an efficient and timely manner. Lee and anyone else we corresponded with were very personable & helpful as well. I would highly recommend Pavlus Travel to my family and friends.

Lee and everyone at Guest Services are always responsive and helpful!

Lee was very prompt when we had questions. Would recommend.

Looking forward to more cruises!! Lee Alvarez does a fine job!

I/we were very happy with everything.

We love Tauck tours/cruises and look forward to taking a few more!

Pavlus did a great job. The cruise itenarary was too much cruising and not enough land time.

Pavlus is good. Our travel advisor, Lee continues to be excellent. We enjoyed the ship. Iceland was interesting. The rest of the cruise left a lot to be desired. Having previously been on 3 Viking River trips, I expected Viking Ocean to operate shore excursions in the same manner. Viking River included excursions were always led by a person who was knowledgeable of their subject. Most Viking River excursions were adapted to various levels of difficulty. That made it easy for everyone to participate. On Viking Mississippi, there were golf carts that transported guests up the levies to the buses. Unfortunately Viking Ocean often operates excursions without a guide. They call them self-guided or at leisure. In Greenland, both ports were just a tender ride to land. The rest was up to you to get yourself to places mentioned in the description. No shuttles, no taxis, no maps, no guides, no tour. I don’t consider myself a knowledgeable guide. Similar snafus happened in Canada. In Canada, shore excursion manager gave us incorrect info about L’Anse de meadows. The first week of the cruise was very good. We sailed around Iceland. However, the second week was a disappointment. It failed to meet our expectations.

We are very satisfied to have Pavlus Travel as our travel agent. There are so many choices to choose from and it has become a great partnership. We especially like the perks and discounts provided! Nautica is a small ship with excellent staff from housekeeping all the way to the officers. Our penthouse stateroom(starboard) was spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed Toscana and Grand Dining room along with the Wagu burger with chunks of grilled lobster at Waves Grill. The biggest disappointment was the enclosed smoking lounge on floor nine on portside of the Horizon lounge. Smoke order was so strong that you couldn't sit on that side and penetrated the staterooms on floor 8; early on we complained about the odor on our floor and that someone was smoking in the rooms; this lasted from breakfast to bedtime. We filled out paperwork and received a call that the next drydock they would work on it. We weren't the only ones to suffer with stuffed noses and dry eyes. As a consequence of Oceania's smoking policy, we will not be using them in the future. Thank you for your consideration, Larry and Karen Crisco

We loved the Silver Nova boat and Silver Sea cruise line with the following exceptions. We were not able to get into the Silver Note night club at all during our week long cruise. Additionally, in Juneau we were waitlisted on the Mendenhall Glacier/Whale watching tour, which never cleared. While they did get us on a Whale Watching tour, we never had time to see the Mendenhall Glacier at all. Very disappointed in Silver Sea, which strives to be a premier cruise line, but could not add another tour to allow us to do both Glacier and Whale Watching and also get us into the Silver Note. Additionally, we were hoping that Pavlus could help us out with these requests.

Pavlus got me a good price for the cruise

the extension in Bangkok was very haphazard. The hotel was lovely and the 2 morning tours were very good but the offered afternoon and evening tours were not very interesting. actually only 2 people signed up for an afternoon shopping trip. Everything else no one signed up for and the Viking guide made it sound that that's what people preferred, was down time. If we had known that we would have planned our own afternoon and evening activities. The Viking Saigon was very nic,e and all the staff was very welcoming. Our guide Chung was excellent throughout, he made the trip worthwhile . Viking did our business air and required a 4am wakeup. If we had known that there was an opportunity on Monday to do the floating market and train market we would have stayed an additional day. It made for a very long travel day

Celebrity has a great product and the service has improved since our last sailing two years ago. They have cut costs on food in the dining room, but that is probably the same with all lines.

Lee Alvarez was and is with each cruise that we have taken thorough and very timely in her responses. Always making sure we get all the discounts ( such as military ) that we are entitled to. Can’t wait to plan our next cruise with her Marsha Serota

Pavlus provides great service in all departments. I’ve referred many people to boo.

Pavlus is fine. We normally take riverboat and super yacht cruises, so are a bit spoiled. The Princess staff on the ship are as good as any on a riverboat. The one area where the riverboat is much better is the food. The train ride to Whittier was torture, as I was sick and the ride was much longer than stated. One of our excursions was canceled (river rafting) at the last minute with no opportunity to find a replacement. I thought the lodge/hotel accommodations were mediocre at best. Especially the partner hotel, the McKinley Chalet Resort, which we were moved to by Princess. It was a dump.

Lee is fantastic. She always answers all questions in a timely manner and is very professional and friendly. Viking Air did an awesome job when our flight home was rescheduled 2 days later due to weather in London. We called Viking Air at 4:00 am and we were on flights at 7:30 am heading home.

Lee at Pavlus is outstanding. Always responds to our questions and take care of us. I Did find Viking representative at ship counter not familiar with itineraries. I walk using a walker so was concerned about the "easy" trips. He would say it is only a few steps and easy. Reality is I had to miss two paid for trips. One to the Windmills was a walk over a dirt path through brush.. It appears Viking is no longer conducive for older travelers' comfort as it was in the past by providing rides to the events, or being more truthful regarding access. I was not offered a credit for something from the ships store to; compensate for my loss..

Lee and I are working well together.

Our Travel Planner, Lee, takes very good care of us.

Through no fault of our wonderful tour guide or our hero bus driver, we only really experienced the Lake Louise portion of our trip. Due to the Jasper fires we had to be evacuated after only being in Jasper for maybe 6 hrs. We then spent 11 hrs. overnight headed toward Sun Peaks in BC where Tauck was able to find us rooms. It was actually nice there and we were safe. We were not able to do any of our planned activities after that, no glacier, no helicopter, no tram. Our tour guide Jay took us to see other places on our way to Banff and in Banff. He really tried. After Lake Louise our trip was basically bus and eating. I know the fires were an act of God but I believe that maybe Tauck and probably Jasper Park Lodge should have told us not to go there being that the fires were so close. And my biggest disappointment is that we have not heard anything from Tauck about the situation. I know Lee is away until Monday but I have heard from Heather.

Lee and team are very helpful and responsive. We've been a happy customer for years!

Fabulous cruise experience

The crew and other passengers are good folks to travel with.

We've been more than pleased with Pavlus and with Lee, specifically. I've referred many people to Lee over the years and always mention Pavlus and Lee to people we meet on our trips and will continue to do so.

Costsaver was definitely not Trafalgar or Insight. Spartan. 2 or 3 star hotels. Very sparse continental breakfast at many hotels. No coffee maker or kettle in room. No Kleenex, just toilet paper. Very basic bus transportation in cities, meaning we had to do MUCH more walking than Trafalgar or Insight. Everything was optional, and all options were heavily pushed, and no accommodations were made for those that did not wish to do the optional tours. Would probably not do Costsaver again.

I was told on the phone before my trip that my first night at the Kimpton De Witt would be picked up by Pavlus Travel because of the mix up with our return flight on Friday June 28 and debarking from the AmaPrima on Wednesday June 26. Our original night stay at the Kimpton was for Thursday night and we had no accommodations for Wednesday. The reservation was corrected and Wednesday and Thursday were reserved. We were charged for both nights. When we arrived on Wednesday there was $100 credit that we could use in the restaurant, which was fine but it was not what I was promised on the phone before leaving for our trip. I am not complaining I am just letting you know what happened. I would use Pavlus again and I would use Ama again. I would also review all accommodations much sooner than I did this last trip. Thank you.

Thanks. I enjoy working with you. I am a fan.

Always a pleasure and honor to deal with Lee. We have planned quite a few trips over the years, and always an utmost professional.

Hotel accommodations were unexpectedly lower rated including breakfast foods that were consistently the sam.

AMA cruise was terrific. ALL staff members were extremely attentive and helpful. One member of our family is a pescatarian and lactose free and they worked to accomodate all her needs. The Chef's Table dinner was exceptionally greatt! The rest of the food during the cruise was just ok. Presentation was always beautiful, but not always tasty. Ordered the steak one night and it arrived well done, but I didn't say anything. A few days later, I ordered lamb chops medium rare. It came to me well done. I decided to send my lamb chops back asking again for medium rare. The second one was also well done. I just ate some of it.

Our Pavlus travel agent seemed to be on vacation a lot! I went to Viking to get an issue resolved. Please take me off your mailing list.

This was probably the 5th Viking cruise we booked through Pavlus and the second time in succession that we experienced issues. The first was a billing SBC issue where we were shorted $300. and were told that is was a typing error. It took several days and phone calls to clear that up. The other issue we had was with the airline booking. We fly in and out of Atlanta, which is the world's biggest airport, yet we were placed on a nondirect return flight from London. We had to change planes in Toronto. The plane from Toronto was delayed 3 hours. When we finally boarded, they said that there was no room in the overhead for our small carry-on. So they took it and gave us a receipt. The bag never made it on the flight. Our plane landed in Atlanta at 1 AM and we had to leave the airport without knowing what happened to our luggage since we still had a 2 hour drive to get home. The bag contained Rx, jewelry and other valuables. It took numerous phone calls and 48 hours before it was finally delivered. In the meantime, we had to call the doctor for a refill on the prescription. I do not understand why Palvus did not book us on a direct return flight. It is unacceptable and I trust that it will not happen again. At 82, having a direct international flight is a high priority for myself and my husband.

This was a great cruise and we are totally satisfied with our travel agent, Lee. She always gets our cruises set up the way we like to travel. As noted in my comments on the survey for the 6/8/24 cruise, Lee and Pavlus Customer Service rep, Mike, had to go above and beyond to make sure our experience on the 6/15/24 cruise was satisfying. This was related to Holland America changing our cabin assignment for this cruise which would have required us to pack all of our belongings and move to a cabin one deck lower and at the opposite end of the ship. Lee & Mike quickly came to our aid and got Holland America to rescind the cabin change. We commend them both for their effort on our behalf. By the way, I did send a letter to Holland America executives to complain about the poor customer service we experienced on board the Volendam.

This cruise was the first of two back-to-back cruises. We received the normal communication from the ship regarding the turnaround day (end of cruise 1 & beginning of cruise 2) which included the normal directions regarding staying aboard that we seen many times in the past. Then, a day later, we received another communication from the ship that indicated that we would have to move to a new cabin for the next cruise. We expected that there was a mix-up and went to Guest Services - that was the beginning of a horrible customer service experience. We contacted our travel agent, Lee and Pavlus Customer Service representative Mike because Holland America claimed that Pavlus changed our cabin booking. They quickly came to our aid and worked with Holland America to resolve the situation. A few hours later, Guest Services contacted us and told us we could stay in the same cabin for the next cruise - SUCCESS! We really appreciate the quick effort on the part of our Pavlus team to resolve our issue.

Everything was perfect. Thank you!

We have another trip with you & Viking, next year. We were sent an email asking for final payment, from you Pavlus, for next year’s trip. We then hear later, that our final payment is not due until the fall but by then we had already started to move money around to meet the payment. It is unfortunate that the right hand doesn’t know why the left hand is doing.

Virus hit the ship so it put a damper on the cruise. However, Lee at Pavlus has always been knowledgable and helpful on our travel needs.

1. Felt like there was no “adult” crew. 2. Lovely waitress (Natalie) and housekeeper (Sean). Majority of the other staff very friendly and polite 3. Food delicious 4. Table clothes and napkins were extremely wrinkled which I thought was odd. 5. We lost time on a few excursions because 1 couple consistently was late boarding the bus. Personally, I don’t think the Bus should have waited for them to board. If everyone else was on time they should have been.

We were not on a "Globus bus" but a City Connect bus, thus not having the leg room we were accustomed to. I know this is Europe & their older hotels, but the lighting was very poor. More floor lamps etc. would have made putting on makeup etc. a lot easier. Mercure hotels were the pits compared to others. The food was par for the course with the exception of our farewell dinner which was outstanding! Also, the Taste of London Restaurant was the best fish & chips on the tour. Our guide Tara was delightful and our driver Glynn superb! We enjoyed our adventure, but now realize the older we get the harder it is on our bodies to recover. LOL Lee Alvarez & staff did an amazing job with all our questions, handling transfers (which were a breeze) etc.

Pavlus is our travel agency of choice and has been for years now. We recommend your company whenever we can. Lee Alvarez is our travel expert, and we feel so lucky to have her helping with all our travel needs. Of course, we are very appreciative of the savings that booking with Pavlus provides us! Thanks for being such a great company with great people!

Princess - Cruise was fine but we had problems with our Dinners as we have dietary restrictions due to Medical condition - Princess just did not pay attention to our Dinners even though we gave them written list. Pavlus - Very satisfied with Pavlus Travels.

We were very pleased with our cruise and we appreciate your great service. You handled my questions and issues in a timely and professional manner

It was our first ocean cruise vs. land tours. There were some places that we regretted not having more time to explore. The service was excellent as was dining . The cabin was comfortable and entertainment very good as well as the lectures. Viking is excellent when it comes to organization as well.

Tauck is always great, we had an extra excursion after planned trip and needed your help to put together the details of that trip and were pleased with getting almost all the help we needed. Overall very good.

Lee has been amazing at handling our booking and changes we all decided to make along the way. If Lee wasn't available someone else from Pavlus would be in touch and handle the inquiry pretty quickly. We have already booked two more trips using Pavlus and Lee and probably would not change from doing so in the future.

Trip was a bucket list trip everything was wonderful

Thanks again to Lee for helping us make our arrangements. She is an amazing travel consultant.

Thank you for the team effort from your customer service department( Leann, Jocelyn and Heather) who truly made this a seamless and pleasurable experience.

Our trip was great, we are big Viking fans. Lee has done a great job for us and we have several more trips planned with her.

Lee is the best! And I appreciate the Pavlus programs that allow us to save money, and to give a free pre-night on the tours.

Our vacation was great. Lee answered my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She was helpful and if she didn’t have the answer she had someone else answer my questions. When we first booked the trip there were a good bit of mistakes in our emails that we received but they were corrected so all was good. When it came to the flights that’s where the problems began and continued throughout the trip. First of all they grouped my husband and I with another couple. We were assigned seats then unassigned seats then had to pay for seats and then they had me sitting next to the other man that was grouped with us and my husband next to his wife. No big deal - we could switch on plane - no big deal but it shouldn’t have been that way. Then every time they made a change to their flight registration we got an email saying our information had changed and vice versa. The day before we left I checked our information and mine was completed - the other couples was not. They went in to complete their information and then mine went from complete to incomplete. This added stress to my life. On the way home - I checked my husband and I in - it asked me if I wanted to check the other couple in and I did not because I don’t know them that well and I did not want to check them in. When they went to check in they couldn’t because it asked them for my email address and my husbands email address and they didn’t know them. Then we got to airport we were checking on changing flights due to a delay but we would have had to do it with the people who were grouped with us. And that did not work for us. With all that being said - no one should be grouped with anyone besides their spouse or family. I should not be able to see or fool with anyone else’s airline reservations and vice versa. That was a horrible situation. I don’t know why they grouped us together instead of just having my husband and I together like it should have been. That was a nightmare.

Very satisfied with the service Pavlus offers. The Guest Relations Department is excellent.

On this trip, Pavlus dropped the ball by not sending us our travel documents. When I contacted Guest Relations, I was told that we received them, but we never did. Tyler Snow was kind enough to email them to us and then all our questions were answered. Our vacation with Tauck was great!

Had a great vacation that was enhanced by dinner with Craig Pavlus.

Grateful for Lee and the team’s help! Added our own extension to our cruise and needed trains and hotels as well as tour guides. Entire trip was amazing and it wouldn’t have been without Lee and the Pavlus team. Thank you!!

Lee has been planning my travel for many years and always does a wonderful job.

Lee has been a great help and when we call Pavlus, there is always someone knowledgeable and helpful.

Lee was great to work with. We were able to plan our river cruise with little effort and we were confident that everything was in good hands as Lee was highly recommended by our friends who we traveled with. We were very happy with Avalon and the wonderful service they provided.

First Tauck tour Was very nice. Tour director and individual guides were very knowledgeable. Nice itinerary and co-tourists. Great meals. Too much food. AND, Tauck sent an email after the trip apologizing for a tour group of 30 vs 24 as advertised. Each person received a $500 voucher for a future trip. ?

Very satisfied with your service.

Everything was organized and implemented according to our requests. Palvus staff was most cooperative and efficient.

Lee was always very responsive to our many questions and very helpful in planning our trip...as was the Guest Relations Group. We also appreciated the Pavlus Referral Program.

We enjoyed our cruise ship Westerdam ( Japan cruise 4/13/24 to 4/27/24 ) Service was good & crew was friendly. Being a vegetarian, we would appreciate more vegetarian options.

Viking always delivers a great vacation. Lee and Heather and their teams were helpful and a pleasure to work with while planning and finalizing our trip. After all is said and done there were no hitches…smooth sailing. On time flights. Heather is a wonderful ambassador for Pavlus.

Fantastic Tauck France Paris & River Cruise--everything was incredible. We'll be booking more trips with Tauck and of course, Lee Alvarez who has done a terrific job.

Lee was great. Will use again

If there was a rating higher than 10 for overall satisfaction with Pavlus Travel, that’s what you would deserve and that’s how I would rate you. All of you! Our Princess Discovery Total Eclipse Cruise was amazing and awesome. The ship is beautiful, the staff wonderful, the food delicious. It did not feel like the biggest ship we had ever been on at all. No congestion, no waiting in line, no complaints. The entertainment was diverse and enjoyable. The staff members were always smiling and warm and efficient. And the efforts the captain made to ensure us the longest time and perfect location to view the entire eclipse was much appreciated, as were the experts they had onboard explaining everything. Perfection!

Lee is the best planner we have ever delt with. Professional with a Can Do attitude. EVERBODY who we have ever come in contact with at Pavlus, from the TOP down is a delight to work with and are true professionals. A GREAT company to work with. Dick Doubek Next cruise in 5 months!!

Lee is very good. We will use her again

Excellent Viking Ocean Cruise. Thank you Lee

As always, Pavlus responded promptly to any questions. Lee is the best.

Pavlus and Lee never fail to provide amazing service and personal care. Already working in the next trip !!

Great trip - Loved the small group we were with. Had a wonderful tour guide Had difficulty with flights being cancelled on way home, but that wasn't Pavlus' fault Lee is great to work with - responds quickly to my questions we have already referred several people to Pavlus.

Good vacation overall. I crossed it off out bucket list and am not sure that i would recommend the same trip to others. There were too many sea days for my liking. Weather was very hot and humid. To top it off, I got a nasty foodborne illness in the Maya Ubud Resort and Spa, which was a Viking post cruise extension.

I chose to do this cruise because we were going to be in Florida for a birthday celebration the day before the cruise left. Wanting to stay in warm weather I thought a short cruise made sense. However, though my husband did find it relaxing, I really don’t care for cruises of this nature as previous cruises we have taken focused more on the destinations. We were not impressed with NCL but the specialty restaurants were very good. We are looking forward to our next cruise on Windstar in Tahiti in September.

It was first time I used Pavlus. Lee did a good job on the booking. I have always used another travel planner who contacted me before the trip.

We have been a client of Pavlus, our planner Lee and her support team for several years and many trips.

Very pleased with Pavlus travel services. Customer service is excellent. Thank you

we are so happy we found Pavlus Travel and Lee to book our cruises. Top notch company.

Lee was wonderful to deal with planning our vacation, as always she is a real pleasure to work with. Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection was outstanding in every aspect. Five Stars all the way. Excellent service and some of the best food at sea. Top shelf liquor all included. Ship was beautiful and suites were very spacious. Highly recommended and will cruise with them again for sure.

The Cruise experience was much better than Dec 11, 2023 sailing

Very pleased with everything

Lee has been a terrific representative of your agency! Transparent, efficient and available!

Lee was great, very responsive.

We have booked several cruises with Lee and will continue to do so.

Pavlus has done a very good job for us. Good travel expertise and customer service. We have recommended Pavlus to our friends.

Princess cruise was very nice. We are a repeat customer of Princess cruises. We know what to expect from Princess and have not been disappointed. It is probably evident with all cruise lines as they are cutting back and charging for more after the pandemic.

We had a great time. Again, we thank Lee for making the arrangements. She is amazing.

Love Lee, Guest Services and Air Department. Always a quick courteous response, able to call on weekends. Great deals on travel!

Antarctica cruise was dream come true bucket list trip! Lee was great helping me plan it and getting it booked. Your support staff was great at answering questions and getting me info. Thanks so much!

I have worked with Lee many times and Lee and Lack is have always helped make wonderful vacations.

We had a wonderful family cruise for 10 people.

The Celebrity Apex was So So beautiful, just like Lee said! Glad we went!

Lee is quite responsive. We value her as a travel partner

Always completely and totally satisfied by Pavlus Travel.

Great vacation, as always! Lee, Ashley in Air, and your Guest Relations team are the best. I appreciate the promptness of getting back to me with any questions, and being available on the weekends. Great deals as well.

Great service, thank you!

Great cruise. Pavlus was easy to work with.

Very happy with Pavlus Travel and Lee!!!

Lee has continued to be indispensable. For the past 20 years (approx) she has continuously to be accurate, helpful, and always professional.

Excellent customer service. Been dealing with your company for more than two decades and will stay forever as long as I can travel.

The vacation was great. Lee took care of every detail. I would reccomend this Travel Agent again. Very satisfied with Pavlus Travel. Thank you for a great trip. Everything went smoothly.

I have been dealing with you for about 20 years and am very satisfied.

Ponant Small ship was very nice and would recommend cruising again.

Lee's travel arrangements for us worked out as planned. We will work with Lee again.

Pavlus is great to work with, especially Lee. We have never had a problem so far when booking through Pavlus. Actually we already have another trip booked to Alaska through Pavlus next year. The trip was great and we enjoyed it very much.

Lee is great to work with.

Highly recommend Pavlus and Lee Alverez. Very responsive and knowledgeable. We recently had an issue with a cruise and they are assisting us in dealing with the cruise line.

We have enjoyed Pavlus excellent service for years.

Lee is our excellent travel agent with all sorts of help and ideas. On this trip she helped us with Viking and we had a great vacation.

Thank you Lee, had a great cruise with Oceania. Thanks for always knowing our interests and ease of booking.

Lee and the staff at Guest Relations were very helpful with my questions and details of this trip

Excellent service and attention to detail! Pavlus can help with all areas of travel.

Lee is always very helpful to me and my parents. We are very satisfied with Pavlus and specifically Lee. Thanks!

I was part of a group of 5 travelling to Alaska, We first took the Denali Tour and then joined the Silver Whisper cruise. Lee was brilliant at addressing the various queries we individually and as a group sent her. She was always prompt and thorough in her responses, and I think must have the patience of a saint. I believe that all in our group would agree that the planning of our adventure was flawless on the part of Lee and Pavlus., Many thanks to all at Pavlus, but especially Lee, for facilitating what proved to be a truly memorable holiday

We had a wonderful trip on the Viking Saturn. Lee was most helpful, responsive and instrumental in helping us with the booking. She was fantastic

Very pleased with responsiveness of Lee and the Pavlus support staff both in the booking and planning time period and prior to our departure. Options offered by Pavlus seem varied and enticing; pricing seems fair and reasonable. We had a very good trip, both with the land prior to cruise and cruise itself. Very impressed with Silversea quality. Thank you

Enjoyed Emerald's food and active excursions. Completely satisfied with Lee.

Regent is a wonderful cruise line

Love dealing with Lee. She is always very helpful.

Lee was extremely pleasant and easy to work. We enjoyed our Alaska cruise very much. I particularly like how Pavlus sent us our paperwork and travel case. Very nice. I look forward to working with Lee again.

Our British Isles Cruise aboard the Regal Princess was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We chose this 12 day cruise for two reasons: the itinerary and Lee Alvarez’s recommendation of Princess. Right on both counts!! We have been using Pavlus for many years, and Lee has been our travel agent for most of those. We depend on her and completely trust her judgement. The Customer Service department at Pavlus is top-notch. If ever Lee is unavailable, I know the people in Customer Service will be there to help. Among those who have assisted me are Brian and Chad. We are already referring new clients to Pavlus. We have friends who are interested in the cruise we just completed, and they now have Lee’s business card in hand. Thank you for the Pavlus referral program! I have already enjoyed the benefits of this. We’re “sold” on Pavlus and Lee!

Lee does an excellent job taking care of us. I told all my friends and associates about your service and people at church. The cash back is of course what differentiates your company from the competition.

River ship is the best way to visit Venice. Very enjoyable trip. Satisfied with Pavlus.

Great tour guide! Tom was flexible, VERY knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! Our bus driver was also outstanding! The location stops were excellent - informative and some hands on experiences!

Lee, our travel advisor, did an excellent job providing us with materials. We would also like to thank Leann, the air consultant, for her assistance.

Lee was great. Very responsive and patient in answering my most basic questions.

Lee always gets back to us and answers any questions we have. I love the fact that we get a check in the mail approximately a week before our vacation.

Tauck was excellent. Our guide BIRGIT was wonderful!!!

Lee is fantastic! She is always. willing to answer questions at anytime during the planning process. She has planned more than one of our trips and she will certainly be planning the next as well.

I was happy about getting the best deal possible on my vacation. It was referred by a friend who has used Pavlus and Lee as their travel agent. I usually plan and book my own trips so I was skeptical about using a travel agent, as sometimes they are not responsive however I was very satisfied with the service and response planning and finalizing my vacation. Everything went smoothly so I can't wait for my next trip using Pavlus.

Lee (and her back-up team) is always very responsive and helpful...and the Pavlus discount doesn't hurt!

Our go to travel agency is Pavlus. Lee is very competent! Satisfied from start to finish. Agency is on top of any travel related problems. Viking ocean ships are beautiful, well maintained and kept immaculate. Great selection of food and restaurants. Friendly staff.

I am thrilled with your representation for my travel needs. I’ve already referred four or five people to you, and have marketed to everyone I know who’s looking for a good travel agent.

My travel planner is Lee, she's a rock star. Everyone in my RCCL group had a wonderful family cruise, thank you for ALL your help in planning a very special vacation. Happy to recommend family and friends knowing they will be more than happy to work with Lee, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A special thanks to Christopher for all his assistance in getting special onboard gift to my family. Last but not least to Ashley P for all your help with final payments. Thanks to Pavlus for making super special memories.

Lee was very helpful and I have referred my realtor to Pavlus

We had a great Viking Mediterranean Cruise. Lee is a great travel planner and along with Pavlus customer service does a great job helping us with our travel.

Reasonable prices and excellent customer service

Very helpful in planning my trip

Had a wonderful time on HAL's 2023 World Cruise.

Lee has planned several trips for me and is a stupendous planner! She has expertise in all phases of planning trips and I have no concerns whatever that what she plans will be exactly what I had hoped it would be.

Lee always does a nice job and guest relations team is excellent.

Trip was great. Everything was flawless. Flights, transfers and cruise all went smoothly. This was our first river cruise and we enjoyed it tremendously. We've already put deposits down on two other cruises, (ocean), with Lee who is a pleasure to work with. Will always recommend Pavlus when possible.

VERY HAPPY WITH HOW QUICKLY IHEARD BACKFROM LEE

Great cruise. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful Ponant Cruise. Our 5th one and they continue to offer 5 Star Service. We would highly recommend and will definitely book another Ponant cruise again with Pavlus. Lee provided excellent service and the incentive really helped save with the cruise. Email / Phone updates were all good. Thank you for helping us with a wonderful trip.

Great cruise ship and great accommodations in Auckland and Sydney!
