Mandy was great setting up our River cruise. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Her recommendations for hotel options in Amsterdam were very helpful. We were extremely grateful for Mandy organizing our transfer from the Zurich Airport to the hotel, after a 9 hour flight, it was nice to be met at baggage claim and taken to our waiting car. AmaWaterways was the perfect Cruise company to work with. On the cruise several experienced River Cruisers said they were superior to other companies. We were so happy with the entire cruise experience with AmaWaterways we put down a deposit for a 2025 cruise.
