We are loyal to Regent. This was our 27th cruise. This time we had a problem with noise in our suite coming from behind a panel right opposite our door. We could not sleep. It was resolved in two to three days by moving us from 646 to 824.

My wife and I enjoyed our "Kingdoms of the North" cruise on Regent Voyager until we returned home and tested positive for COVID. Fortunately, both of our cases are mild thanks to our recent COVID booster. We really liked Regent's itinerary and shore excursions, but we found the Voyager to be a bit run-down and lacking repairs (there was a large hole in the arm of my lounge chair on my veranda). We also found it alarming that food servers behind the buffet and those serving our dishes do not wear face masks. Additionally, the menus in all venues were far too rich, creamy, and meat-focused, for our tastes, and the wines served at lunch and dinner were average at best - far below the quality we expected on a luxury cruise. We are looking forward to Silversea and Viking ocean cruises we booked with Pavlus to hopefully find cuisine that better suits our palates. Regarding Rose, I thoroughly enjoy all my interactions with her, but her responses to my calls and emails are consistently delayed, many times by several days or even weeks. Fortunately, the staff at Pavlus Customer Guest Relations has found other agents for me to work with when Rose is unavailable (Sheila Kent and especially Jamie Roach were incredibly helpful).

We have been using Rose Morrissey as our Pavlus travel agent for over 20 years. She is exceptionally responsive and friendly with good advice and thoroughness on details. We also appreciate the Pavlus discounts as a loyal client. We have traveled AMA Waterways several times, but this trip was disappointing. Ports were very crowded with many river boats rafting up so although we paid extra for a balcony we had no view. Cruising was at night so we did not get a river cruise experience. Itinerary was hectic with no time to relax and entailed lots of walking.to buses or into town on shore excursions. The ship AMA Lucia itself was very nice with a great cruise tour leader (John Riley), friendly captain, good food and efficient wait s and cabin staff.

Our Viking River Cruise (Passage to Eastern Europe) was a fantastic experience. The Viking service, staff, coordination of travel arrangements, excursions, and enrichment opportunities were outstanding. Our Pavlus travel planner (Rose) was exemplary in her professionalism, communications, availability/responsiveness and overall kindness and helpfulness. We were traveling with another couple who had used Rose to book previous travel for them, and we were tremendously satisfied with her as our experienced agent. Rose is currently planning another Pavlus cruise on Viking for me and two girlfriends next spring/summer. I have very much enjoyed working with her even more directly to coordinate our upcoming trip. Rose is a very knowledgeable agent and is able to handle any situation that comes up. She is on top of everything. The Antarctic Cruise was awesome on Atlas World Navigator. The entire staff is great and the Expedition Team was amazing. We had exceptional weather and got to visit the 10 most important landing sites. We saw an amazing number of whales, penguins, seals and birds. The icebergs were unbelievable. The scenery was out of this world with the snow and glacier covered mountains. It is serene and peaceful and pristine. Our son and daughter-in-law traveled with us and they enjoyed it as much we did. We would recommended Atlas to everyone. Rose had suggested an Atlas cruise two Octobers ago which we enjoyed even though we came to call it the mystery cruise for the transatlantic crossing. We enjoyed the adventure and actually got to visit Saba which was unique and we ventured near the erupting volcano on LasPalmas, and got a clear view of the southern cross one dark night.

My wife and I took a back to back cruise on the Celebrity Apex beginning 12/3/2022 in the Caribbean. The cruise itself was not a novelty, because we had been to most of the ports before. The ship itself was> We took an infinite balcony room, which gave us a lot more interior room. I frequently have back problems because of the bedding, that was not so in this case. The activities were wide and varied on board, the food was good as was the entertainment. The staff was fantastic, and could not do enough for you. I am somewhat handicapped and use a walker, accordingly I was concerned about having to use a tender. I needed not have been. The staff made sure that I got on and off safely In all it was a very pleasant 2 weeks, and the Celebrity Apex was a wone of the best ships I have been on.

Had a wonderful Tauck Rhine River cruise. Victoria, then Rose were very helpful with choosing the right cruise, sending trip documents I needed and answering any questions.

I enjoyed a wonderful cruise experience even with the drop in water levels and not being able to see Strasberg, Baden Baden and one other City in Germany. I truly appreciate Tauck’s flexibility to pivot and create a new plan up the Mossel to make up for the cities we missed due to the River level. The Tauck staff were kind, hospitable and responsive.

The type of covid testing needed caused a little frustration, but everything worked out in the end

Rose took very good care of us and made sure everything was done to get our trip to be the very best! We had been trying to go on our trip (Cruising the Seine, Plus London & Paris) for 3 years and it was cancelled last year. Rose rebooked it for this year for us and then kept up with us during the time leading up to our travel dates to let us know the latest news of countries opening in Europe. It was really touch and go there for a while, but Rose always encouraged us to stay with it and we had an amazing trip!! Thanks so much, Rose!!

Traveling during Covid was a challenge, three covid tests, masks, locator forms, proof of vaccination all seemed daunting, however, in retrospect I would do it all over again because we had the time of our lives and a huge bonus was less crowded venues, i.e. Versailles. Thank you for keeping up with the changing of plans with Tauck and a big thank you for covering one night stay at The Savoy, what a treat. We stayed four nights at The Savoy and it was fabulous. Of course, traveling with Tauck is such a treat. They take care of everything once you're under their umbrella. Can't wait to plan another trip.
