This was a trip that postponed for 2 years and changed 3 times due to covid. I was the organizer for our group of 6 who were from 3 different countries, the change of schedule has made my planning quite difficult, however with Stephanie's help, I was able to sort out all the refund/credit/charges and finalized the trip. Our group was also happy to find out we got extra onboard credit by booking through Pavlus, I am sure they will spread the word about all the great things from this trip and I will definitely be a return customer booking more trips from Pavlus! Stephanie Potter went above & beyond on a last minute Danube river cruise for us. It was a challenge dealing with Emerald including hours of waiting on responses & confirmation. Steph never quit (an agent from another firm had given up and told us there were no cabins available) until she, working with her fellow staff from Pavlus, got us on the boat with 48 hrs to spare. A true professional with a 'never say never' attitude. The cruise itself was enjoyable as we surprised and joined cousins who had booked a year in advance. Next time we will try and give Steph a little more time to do her magic.
