Susan Bender

Outstanding over many years. We have brought both of our children and their spouses into the Pavlus family as well as two or three other couples. All of our activity over the years has been with Susan and she has been exceptional. Of particular note has been our connection through Susan and Pavlus with Tauck. 11 Tauck trips for us and I believe 15 or 16 for our adult children. Pavlus’s special connections with Tauck and associated air travel have been incredible. Keep up the good work, we are with you for the long haul. We send special thanks to Susan.

Thank you for a wonderful travel experience provided by Pavlus Travel! Everything has been smooth from beginning to end. Susan and staff were so responsive to all of my questions. I had a fabulous time!

Very happy with Pavlus in general and Susan in particular.

It was a very nice touch with the flowers, fruit basket and wine in the room by Susan and Pavlus. All communications by Susan and Pavlus concerning the cruise planning info and procedures were timely and appreciated making things go smooth and helping with our travel plans leading up to the cruise. The rebate check was timely and appreciated as well. We would use Pavlus again for sure when we decide to look at another excursion. Thank you

Susan is a great trip planner. Over the years she has provided great feedback in a timely manner.

Susan is an excellent Travel agent

Susan is great as always.

We have been a Pavlus Guest for a number of years. I routinely contact Susan, our Pavlus travel planner when we are exploring new travel adventures. I appreciate Susan's quick response times. The Pavlus newsletter and promotional offer emails we receive from Pavlus are helpful when we are considering new adventures. We frequently recommend booking with Pavlus to our friends and fellow travelers.

Susan is absolutely great. She has been perfect over the years. We look forward to working with her for many years to come.

Pavlus Travel and Susan are our first stop when planning a vacation. We appreciate the attentive service, great pricing, and love the rebates and referral checks!

Susan did a very good job helping with this cruise and others.

All staff I have interacted with are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Susan, our travel advisor, always responds quickly with great results! Susan is also a genuinely nice person and so very knowledgeable. Both my husband and I enjoy our interactions with Susan.

Susan was a great help, thanks!

We already booked two more ACL tours through you.

All your employees are extremely helpful and answer all my questions in a timely manner. I have been using Susan as my travel advisor for years now and I’m so happy with her. She is absolutely the best.

I will continue to return to Pavlus Travel. I always work with Susan. I find your agency is flexible, easy to deal with. I often recommend to others.

Susan was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip planning process.

I spoke with Briana yesterday and advised her of any concerns we had. Regent is truly the only way to go.

Susan has done a great job with us.

We have already booked our next trip through Pavlus

Susan always does a great job for us and is very responsive

Susan is great. Very helpful and responsive and I love the cash I save with Palvus!

Very pleased with the service we get from Susan. We have recommended Pavlus, and at least two have become Pavlus customers.

Susan is great to work with - she is knowledgeable and professional, in addition to being a very pleasant person. Susan is the absolute best travel agent we have ever had! Other staff at Pavlus have been great to work with as well. Thank you!

We all ready have returned to Pavlus with another Viking Cruise in the works!

I appreciate Susan and our excellent Guest relations services. Been a loyal traveler since 2009. More to come! Thank you for supporting our dreams

We have already booked cruises with Susan at Pavlus!! Wouldn't book travel anywhere else!!

Could not be happier! Susan is the best.

We plan to continue using Pavlus

It’s a pleasure working with Susan and the customer service team.

Susan is wonderful. Her service is exceptional,

Really appreciate working with Susan.

We have been faithful customer for over 15 years

Highly recommend Regent. Delightful cruise. Pavlus kept us fully informed. Would like to know about more of what Pavlus can offer besides cruises.

Traveling Viking is for us. Pavlus provides extra assurances and perks.

We will use Pavlus again. Very happy with their help in planning our vacations.

We are already planning our next Viking cruise with Susan

Susan has been my travel agent for years now and she’s extremely professional and very efficient in planning all of my cruises and trips. I just can’t imagine using another travel agent.. So thank you very much

Susan did a wonderful job booking our trip to Portugal. The air was also booked by Pavlus, which was helpful. We had a problem at the beginning of our trip: our flight was postponed 21 hours. Ashley helped me get all the information together for the insurance company, hotel charge and re-booking our connecting flight. She was a big help. However, we may need more information and help if the insurance needs more. I hope we can depend on Pavlus if we need more help.

We’ve trusted Pavlus Travel for over 10 years, and we couldn’t be happier with their exceptional service and incredible variety of travel opportunities. Susan, our travel planner, is absolutely outstanding!

We are so committed to Pavlus Travel & Susan Bender, our TA. Only will use Pavlus & Susan. Thank you.

We have already booked another cruise for next April. I referred two couples from my trivia team on this last cruise.

Always work with Susan but even when she’s not available, all the other agents are great!

My experience with Pavlus was, as usual, excellent. I would like to commend especially my travel planner, Susan and Leann in Guest Relations Air Management.

Susan was excellent. We were so happy to get her as our agent.. the team work was awesome!

The Civil War Battlefields cruise/tour was a very well done. Our cruise historical experts were excellent. We learned a great deal, had fa lot of fun, and gained weight as a result of good food and service.

I'd like to express my deep gratitude to my Pavlus travel agent/consultant Diana Binder for excellent job and help lasted for many years already and assistance with numerous travel plans

Pavlus is our #1 go to TA & Susan is THE BEST. Efficient, responds timely, knowledgeable.

I've been using Pavlus for over 10 years now and have sent you many referrals. Obviously I have no complaints and look forward to doing business with you again. Keep up the good work!!

My sister referred us to Susan Bender and we have enjoyed working with her. Susan is responsive, pleasant and professional - and very knowledgeable. We look forward to further travels!

We would always use your services now

Susan Bender has been a wonderful travel agent for us.

American Cruise Lines was a pleasant surprise. Our cabin was spacious and attractive, the meals were delicious (though a bit limited in number of choices), and the crew eager to please. Taking advantage of the onboard discount, we signed up for another cruise and notified Susan Bender.

Love the rebates and love the Stollen bread gift at Christmas.......and love working with Susan

Always very happy with Pavlus. Thank you

We always use Susan Bender for our travel. She is always responsive and gets us what we are looking for.

I have been happy with Pavlus. I really appreciate the way the team backs each other up when someone is out of the office so I can always get my questions. addressed.

Great prompt service! Susan Bender is very professional, awesome to work with.

I like your partnership with Viking. I would not use any other cruise line.

We have been good customer over 15 years, and have many referrals…maybe up to 20 now!

We will definitely call Pavlus again when w book our next vacation. This is the second vacation we have booked.

No problems with planning and booking this Viking Cruise. Susan kept us informed all through the process.

Very happy dealing with Susan Bender!

Tauck operated the cruise efficiently and smoothly.

Nice cruise, gave out Susan's card to two people.

Fantastic. Southern France was just too hot in early August 2024, about 10 degrees above normal for that area in August.

Deltas flight cancellation made a mess with two days missing from cruise. Viking said one thing about support which they didn’t honor. Communication was lacking from them. Viking air scheduled Lufthansa flights for return. Old plane without adequate air filtration/individual control/vents. Lots of coughing & nose blowing! Minimal flight service considering premium seats. Had to navigate 4 flights of stairs to standup bus ride to plane to navigate 2 more flights of stairs to plane (Frankfurt) terrible system! Avoid Lufthansa and Frankfort airport.

We book Holland America from Boston as we live outside of Boston and it is easy to get to the pier. While HAL is not our favorite line, we do enjoy the food, the room is acceptable, the crew is one of the best, entertainment not so much. We enjoy a quick and short getaway for a week in the summer. Pavlus, our agent Susan, has been great in answering my questions. We have referred our friends to try the agency and they have. I like that Susan sends out her business cards so it is easy to refer people to her. Looking forward to our Regent cruise in February!! Thanks, Susan, for answering my questions!

Viking great and Susan Bender excellent.

Viking includes an excursion at each port. However, many were filled and not available, particularly in Longyearbyen. The process of booking the excursions was stressful and disappointing. I have taken 7 Viking river cruises. This was my 2nd Viking Ocean cruise, it may be my last.

Excellent experience always!

After trying AmaWaterways I think that I prefer Viking. Its staff, food, decor and ambience were a notch or two higher than AMA,s. I did have great trip though and AMA,s excursions were excellent.

Susan,as usual, was very helpful in making arrangements and getting answers to our questions. Sandy and I are long-time Pavlus clients. This particular Tauck trip was not up to Tauck standards. It involved too many long bus trips, a tour guide that operated by the book, with few positive surprises, and a feeling we were being nickeled and dimed. Inclusive wine, beer and alcoholic drinks were not standard. Hotel rooms were small and unairconditioned, maid service was frequently sub-par, and some of the educational guides were uninspiring. There were too many stops on the trip and too many different beds over the length of the trip.

we went on Scandinavian tour on June 27 to July 10.. we have noticed that Tauck has increased the price and reduced the services. Not all hotels were even 3 star and the meal ristrictios were annoying and not acceptable. I asked for an extra can of cock and did not get it !! as they said not covered!!! Most of all, the tour director Nils Wurster was not very good. Very opinionated and at times rode.. He exposed all 48 old travelers to an old man who was coughing extensively and seemed to be at the peak of a respiratory infection . He was giving a dis jointed lecture and drinking water every 2 minutes. Several travelers got Covid Covid 2-4 days after this lecture including my wife. This lecture must have been cancelled by tour director. Tauck my be liable for this outbreak.. Nils was very dimissive in his response to my e mail and responded with idiotic and some how ignorant comments. Susan Bender has report my concerns to Tauck. Thank you..

pavlus great but NORWEIGIAN had us waiting two hours outside in cold & rain even after giving us a received time to board

Pavlus was terrific......particularly the guest relations people who made airport pickup arrangements easy in Reykavik. Susan is always helpful and pleasant to deal with...

The best Regent cruise! Maybe the Mediterrean itinerary, sunny weather, RSS newest ship, the Grandeur, Master Captain Aris & Regent Crew. Not sure why this past cruise was so memorable, but THE Best so far. Scotty & I will have a total of 7 cruises completed by end of 2025, God willing. Susan & Pavlus staff put our worries at ease. With payments schedules, international flights, Venice wanting day-use fee while we were there, etc., All these questions, concerns, worries were very well accommodated efficiently & expertly with Debbie, LeAnn, Jessica, Dawn, Dyenna & Denise & ALL the PAVLUS staff. Debbie at Pavlus was referred to us by Jim & Jane Stoddard, Regent world, Titanium level cruisers. Travelers get what they pay for, so cheap & be disappointed OR go big & spend the extra money & enjoy the luxury & pampering, As we say in Texas, "Go BIG, or go home," Will continue to use Pavlus, as have next 3 cruises booked through Pavlus. Thank you for including the Distinctive Voyages - "free Day" in Istanbul, lovely touring & sightseeing with the DV group. A nice addition to a wonderful, memorable cruise.

Very happy with Pavlus. Susan is always ready to answer all of our questions. She is an asset to your company.

Our Viking cruise was amazing! The entire staff, accommodations and ship far exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed with the entire vacation and look forward to the next one!

Had some issues initially with booking dates being incorrect. These were corrected quickly. I found the confirmation of flights to be confusing as the agency uses a control number as does the airline so check in was a bit difficult again i was contacted in a timely manner and it was corrected. I wrote to the agent about the bad experience i had with my outgoing flight on American Airlines and she said she would notify someone at Pavlus. we also had a problem with one hotel where the two bedded room ended up being one bed. The Hotel was able to fix the issue and we asked the agent to make sure the other hotels were aware of the need for 2 bed. This issue was also delt with satisfactorily.

We like Pavlus and Viking a lot and have told many people about you. However, Viking should not schedule stop in Greenland in early June! Very disappointing to many of us that ice cancelled those stops. I am pleased that Viking apologized and sent us a credit for a future cruise.

This was our 15th Tauck tour, and was top-notch as usual. Unfortunately, guest(s) had COVID early in tour, and made no effort to minimize infecting other people. By the end of the tour, it had spread it to other guests, including my wife and myself. This is our 2nd time with COVID infection...the 1st time also happened similarly on another Tauck tour. We know that this is simply the new acceptance of risk with travel now, but it is causing us to rethink our frequent Tauck tours, and we might end up canceling some of our existing five Tauck bookings, and do independent travel instead. Pavlus continues to do a superb job with our travel arrangements.

I've been using Pavlus for many years and have been very satisfied with the service and perks.

I was very happy with the trip, air, & limo I booked through Pavlus.

Best trip ever! Our agent Susan Bender is fantastic. All staff from the top position to the lowest beyond fantastic. Guides excellent…info fantastic….staff excellent, ….

It was a great trip, it covered all the places I wanted to see and our guide was top-notch. One thing I would suggest you do is change the activity level from moderate to strenuous. It was anything but moderate! When one has to hike up to a half a mile to the bus because it can't navigate the narrow streets of Rome, and hike up to three quarters of a mile to eat an evening meal, and on uneven, cobblestone streets, it was strenuous. Then time constraints on Monday, May 6 meant we climbed the "high" steps of the colosseum, then go on a walking tour of between one and two hours, I wouldn't call that a "moderate" day. I was not able to complete that tour but went back to our hotel but I was told there were any number of folks who had problems with the length of it and the heat of the day. I'm not complaining about the trip, only that I believe it is mislabeled!

I appreciated getting the Pavlus discount on the Globus tour. It helped pay for my trip insurance. The Globus Tour, Italian Treasures, was fabulous…especially the tour director and the guides who made history come alive.

The Silver Sea cruise was not at par. A huge disappointment for a previous Silver Sea traveler. Some staff was rude and even arrogant. First word that comes out of staff's mouths is "NO". At this price point the answer should always be "YES SIR Mr. CIDEKO, let me see what I can do." I can go on and on and on with issues!

Our Viking excursion on the Danube was perfect. As previously, Susan Bender and the Pavlus team provided excellent and timely service and updates.

Susan is wonderful. I am very grateful for all the help she gives me. The cruise was wonderful. American Airlines was a nightmare. Everything they could mess up they did, including giving me a boarding pass for someone else!!!

I am not sure of the dividing line of responsibility between Pavlus and Globus, who did the detailed planning. Pavlus did help mitigate our intercity travel when Globus renegades on facilitating the flights. So thank you for that help. Susan was very friendly, sincerely proactive. Neither Pavlus nor Globus were helpful in securing communication with local guides prior to the trip. - as we had some unique questions. All in all, the service satisfactory on the range.

We always work with Susan.

Our trip went very smoothly. We have worked with Susan Bender in the past and will continue to work with her to plan future trips. The Pavlus incentives are appreciated.

Silver Sea did a lousy job on our air travel plans back from the cruise. They routed us from our disembarkation point in Ft. Lauderdale and made us travel to Miami airport which took us 45 minutes by a bus full of sneezing, coughing passengers. From there, after waiting a couple of hours, they flew us to JFK on American Airlines, and we had a 3+ hour wait until our AA flight to SFO. We arrived at SFO after midnight, which was after 3 AM eastern time, the circadian clock we were on. It was a 21-hour ordeal from when we woke up in Florida until we got home. That was the longest, most arduous, and tiring trip home of our many trips in the past. Pavlus should have taken over the travel after seeing this ridiculous routing and gotten us a flight from Ft. Lauderdale airport directly to SFO just as you did in November 2023 when we disembarked in Ft. Lauderdale from a Viking cruise booked by Susan. It was simple, quick and convenient and on Delta Airlines. When I raised this routing disaster at the time of booking, the response was that Silver Sea partners did not include air travel from Ft. Lauderdale to SFO. Susan and I should have stopped the process right there and gotten our own travel plans. I regret not putting my foot down at that time. This air travel routing made the end of our trip miserable.

Susan used to respond almost immediately. This time I left at least 3 messages and finally called to 800 number to get any agent.

It was a nice surprise that Susan gave us a free excursion from Pavlus. These kind of extras make us value our relationship with Susan and Pavlus

Susan has always been outstanding in all of our bookings with her. Most knowledgeable and helpful!

Susan can make miracles happen. She is attentive and makes us feel special.

Excellent service from Susan as always.

I have booked 34 cruises and tours with Susan for over 20 years! Thanks to everyone at Pavlus Travel for making both mine and my wife's Travel Dreams come true for decades. I’ll keep using Pavlus as long as I’m still breathing!

Susan is an excellent and caring travel agent

We love Pavlus and Susan!

Great trip, great service.

The tour was a tailor made by A&K and was great. Susan always takes good care of us.

You are the best!!!! Susan always gives the best advice on travel. Especially on Regent Cruises!

Susan and guest relation’s Responsiveness to my questions.

Susan is great, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. She is the best agent at Pavlus.

Thank you, Susan!! It was the trip of a lifetime!

Susan is the best!! Working with her for 20 years has made ALL of our trips booked thru Pavlus a real pleasure.

Susan is wonderful We had a great cabin centrally located Great time Love oceania

Susan Bender is wonderful! Best prices! Best Service! Always use her for all of our trips.

Excellent cruise, Susan added $1,000 onboard ship credit, thanks.

Susan Bender has helped us plan trips for a number of years and she is always very helpful and friendly. We have and will recommend her to others.

The North Cape Express cruise with Hurtigruten was fantastic. Pavlus did a great job putting the whole thing together.

Susan has always been extremely responsive and helpful in planning our frequent cruise vacations. We also greatly appreciate the cash-back and other unique perks (like extra OBC) that Pavlus provides as well as your guaranteed lowest cost.

Everything went well even with the challenging weather in the Atlantic?

Great Vacation! Great pavlus agent!

Susan always does an excellent job for us

Always please with the service we receive from Susan and any other agent we speak with.

Extremely happy. Susan is great

Trip went off without a hitch.

We have been dealing with Susan Bender for 19 years and we find her to be an excellent travel agent.

Classy of Craig to bring Susan & Rose with him to treat his WC clients to a fantastic dinner in MIami.

Susan is terrific and makes sure all details are correct. I very much enjoyed meeting her and Craig Pavlus before we embarked in January. The event was nicer than the Gala event on board!!!

No problem, we love Susan

Any trip with Viking is going to be great. Susan is very easy to work with.

Everything went well as usual.

Susan has always been responsive to my email. I was on board and was told that our on-board credit was not showing up on the statement. I emailed Susan and got the situation corrected before we disembark the ship. I also liked the onboard credits given by Pavlus. I hope there is also loyalty points or additional credits for repeat customers.

It was a great vacation. Susan was persistent in dealing with Atlas Ocean Voyages. They did not return phone calls and we had trouble getting their air -- but your air department was eventually able to work with them!

Fantastic cruise. I have booked my getaways with Susan for several years. I would not even consider using any other travel associate ever. She answers all my questions and always returns my call when I have concerns or needed info regarding my planned trips. You are so fortunate to have her in your business.

I have always been pleased with the trip planning experience at Pavlus. The agents do their very best to be accommodating.

Question came up during cruise and Susan got the answer immediately. I saved 5k on next cruise.

Susan always goes over and beyond to help my wife and I if we run into any problems while on a river cruise, ocean cruise at sea, or land tours. She is amazing and I can not praise her enough for her efforts. That is exactly why I have been booking all my travels over 20 years with her!

Cruise was great. Susan is a very caring and efficient travel planner. Have had the pleasure of working with her for quite awhile.

Planning and booking of the trip was flawless.

We are a long-time customer of Pavlus. All our trips have been highly satisfactory, and we constantly recommend your company to our friends. Susan has been our travel consultant for many years, and she is fabulous to work with.

Susan Bander was excellent planning our two cruises in 2022 and another one booked for 2023. I will enjoy working with her in the future. Also, Leann Wright was outstanding dealing with Regent Seven Seas Cruises and confirming our excellent business/first class seats to Europe and back. Good job Team.

We had a wonderful Rhine River cruise with an extension in Lake Como before the cruise and an extension in Amsterdam after the cruise. The entire trip was wonderful, Viking did a terrific job coordinating transportation to and from the airports and to and from extensions and the cruise. Susan was a great help scheduling this trip, as well as a previous date for this trip which was ultimately canceled due to Covid concerns. She transferred our vouchers and helped us schedule this trip in combination with some specials Viking was offering for this date. We would definitely work with Susan again and will schedule an additional Viking River cruise at some point in the future.

Susan is always extremely helpful and courteous.

Had a great time! The tour guides were wonderful. Would defiantly do again.

Susan is absolutely terrific! She handled the booking and was very helpful. The Tauck tour did not disappoint, as usual. They take care of everything in a most professional manner, and the tour was extremely interesting.

Pavlus provides good service, always responsive with sage advise.

No problems with the booking. Very happy with Susan.

We were pleased with the service we received from Pavlus Travel. Whenever I had questions Susan Bender was able to get the answers for me. We look forward to working with her again on our next cruise.

I have used Pavlus for twenty-two years and like working with everyone in the company. Very professional people that respond quickly to my inquiries. Doug

It was a Viking cruise in Scandinavia, and my past experience of excellent quality on Viking river cruises carried over into their ocean cruises. I especially appreciated the $300 on-board credit from Pavlus, and another $250 on-board credit from Viking because of the changed itinerary necessitated by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Cheers to more cruising!

We have been dealing with Susan for a number of years and keep coming back because she is the best! She truly cares for our best interests and makes our traveling a pleasurable experience. We have recommended several of our friends over the years, to use her services. And they too have been very happy! She is definitely as asset to Pavlus Travel!!!!!

We are pleased to have Susan. Her experience is reflected in her attention to detail and knowing what promotions are offered. We want to continue having her as our Pavalus representative! Having been in sales myself for 30 years I had confidence in handing our our cards she provided to other passengers knowing they would be treated well ! Arnie and Sandee Linde Sedona, Az.

Susan is great. Very responsive.

We have added new guests to Pavlus. Susan is a great agent, always what we need. And Pavlus offers OBC refundable, although we always spend it OB. We started in 2009 from my Moms experience and have seen the world through Pavlus. More upcoming to AUS and NZ!

The tour of Paris was a wonderful trip. Susan was helpful in facilitating all the details and flights. The savings were significant as well. Thank you Susan.

Great family outting. Son and grand children loved the adventure. We old folks loved it too! Thank you Susan for all you help and patience. Keep up the good work! Chapins

EXCELLENT- will certainly follow Susan in the future.

This is our second trip planned with Pavlus. It was a National Geographic/G Tours trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons National Parks. We were very pleased with this Family Adventure. Our 13-year-old grandson accompanied us and had a fantastic time. The tour guides (2) were exceptional. It ranks as one of our favorite tours.

Still very happy working with Susan and crew. Thanks Craig.

Susan made sure we had all the travel details, outstanding service!

Susan Bender did a great job walking us through the various options for this American Queen Voyages cruise to Alaska and getting a very nice cabin booked. When we decided to arrive a day early in Sitka, Alaska, Kimberly Beaver did a good job booking us a room in the same hotel where the passengers were staying. Both people deserve kudos for their excellent work.

We enjoy traveling with Pavlus and the discounts you offer.

Very satisfied with Pavlus and our agent Susan Bender! Thanks for the wine, cheese and fruit tray in our cabin!

Pavlus as a company has good deals to offer its clients. Susan was most helpful and accommodating. She replied to my mail/call fast. It's been wonderful working with her.

Always been very satisfied with the level of service that we have received from Pavlus Travel so there is no need to look anywhere else. Susan has been wonderful to work with (for this trip and 2 others in the past) despite all of the challenges and changes during the last two years. I always highly recommend my friends to check out Pavlus before booking a trip somewhere else. Looking forward to using your services again in the future.

Long time customs with Pavlus. Already referred many friends to Pavlus in the past.

Susan always treats us great after 9 years of travel.

With COVID, it took 3 times before our trip became a reality. Thanks for hanging in there with us to make it finally happen!

This is my first Pavlus booking. I was very pleased and will definitely come back for your services. Great guidance and great tour! Thank you.

Extremely pleased with Pavlus and Susan our cruise consultant. Recommend Pavlus every chance we get.

Susan has always been extremely responsive and helpful in assisting us in both planning trips and in dealing with any problems when they arise.

This is our 10th Tauck trip...and the first since pandemic. Tauck has maintained their high quality, even with pandemic challenges. I have been very happy with Susan (taking over for Mindy). She has been superb with communications, promptness. I look forward to working with her for our many future Pavlus bookings.

Terrific river cruise—twice postponed, but worth the wait! Susan was very helpful in finalizing the details. Thanks

Susan is always very informative and patient when we are making plans to travel.

Steve was best tour guide. Hotels, transport and food we all great. Yellowstone in Winter- highly recommended!

Very pleasant trip and still well pleased with Pavlus travel.

I have booked 26 land tours, river cruises, and ocean cruises (some of these have been as long as 6 weeks plus) through Susan Bender since 2002. That is 21 years of travel bookings over two (2) decades. Susan has helped my wife and I see the world and am I very grateful for that. What a person witnesses in the world each day traveling changes a persons outlook on life. The world and people are so amazing and beautiful it is hard to describe. After my tour or cruise has been booked I am also very grateful for all of the those who have helped finalize the booking if there were problems, and with the pandemic and it’s cruise cancellations there were problems and rebooking’s that had to be done. Susan was a real trouper to help in that tedious task of rebooking and helping with the Future Cruise Credits. Others who have helped over the years that I can always count on are Victoria who always gets me to someone available in customer service. Customer service has done an amazing job with every detail. A big shout out to Brian in Vermont for his help in getting FCC’s and straightening out other complex issues with cruise lines. LeAnn for her help in rebooking airlines after cancellations, a very difficult task also. Thanks to the many others in customer service who have helped me over the years and to the new manager of customer service who has even taken upon herself to help me with a couple of issues. We were on an Australian cruise when it was cut short in March 2020 because of the pandemic, the eight cruise cancellations that followed the last two years, but this month on January 2 we were able to take our first cruise! Wow, what an experience, on a ship that holds normally close to 3,000 passengers but we only had 592 passengers! It felt like a yacht with our own personal servants. It is good to be back traveling and we now look forward to our cruises the rest of this year. In November this year, my wife and I will be celebrating our fiftieth (Golden) Wedding Anniversary, so I plan on making more river or ocean cruise bookings through Susan shortly, for next year and beyond! Best Regards To All, Doug Dueker

We have used Pavlus frequently for years. Susan has always been very responsive and helpful. We also appreciate the rebate. Thanks for all your good work.

Viking Ocean Cruise to the West Indies We love Viking Ocean cruises. They take excellent care of us. Beautiful ship, top notch service, safety protocols, and inviting ports. Pavlus did an outstanding job. They went above and beyon in fulfilling their promies to us regarding shipboard credits. Thank you! Carmelynn & Jerry Bragiel

The Viking Rhine Cruise was again a happy event for us. Even though our first day in Amsterdam was diverted to Dusseldorf as Netherland completed shut down on 12/18/21 due to COVID, Viking gave us an alternative that was equally satisfying. It was great to be travel again after almost 2 years at home. Susan was very helpful and we had to change our flights several times due to COVID documentation or testing requirements for layover. My son and his fiancée missed connecting flight from UK to Amsterdam. We almost missed our connecting from Paris to DC due to long lines in France immigration check. It was full of anxiety what to do if we missed the flight, whether we need to be tested again to meet the 24-hr US COVID test requirement, and what to do to change the flight. A lot of worries. Nevertheless, we are back at home in Washington, DC.

Oceania Rivera is a wonderful ship.. We are repeat travelers on this ship. Pavlus Travel makes everything so easy. They are great to work with. Thank you!

The trip was wonderful. Susan Bender organized it extremely well and was very responsive to all my questions, and I unfortunately had a few because of covid restrictions. I would definitely turn to Pavlus again for a similar trip. And thank you for the Stollen!!!

Everything went smoothly, thanks! I appreciated the on-board credit.

As always Susan was most helpful.

This last Globus tour of S. Calif. was extraordinary. I have booked tours with Pavlus travel and Susan B. since 2005(?) and have been very pleased.

We had a fantastic vacation and thank you Susan for working with us!

Finally, we were able to enjoy our Avalon River Cruise on the Rhine that was booked in 2019. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the personal service that Susan Bender delivered throughout the entire process. Being our third vacation with Susan, she feels like a friend, always looking out for us and delivering detailed information when necessary. I also want to recognize Renee Wallace who provided excellent information about the changing COVID requirements entering Holland. Her responses to my questions were prompt and very helpful. I've already referred two more friends who followed our trip to Pavlus and have more to share information. Thank you again!

Tauck, as always, provides excellent service. Susan has been helpful but I still miss Carol.

Susan has been our travel planner for 20 years and we continue to enjoy a great relationship with her and Pavlus. I appreciate that Susan returns our calls in a timely manner, follows up with our requests quickly and e-mails all pertinent information. On our recent trip to New England with Tauck, we recommended Pavlus to three couples we traveled with and gave them Susan's card. Thank you for your travel services.

Very easy, great to work with.

We're not home yet! Yeah! Susan is so responsive, we feel well taken care of.

WE always get great service from Susan.

Lovely trip with no hidden costs. Will use your service again.

Vacation was everything I expected, very nice tour guide. We were very fortunate to be able to go to some of the same areas that we were at 32 years almost to the day. Pavlus has an exceptional staff to work with and that’s also why I have booked tours and cruises there for 20 years. My wife and I are looking forward to two more ocean cruises booked with Pavlus early next year, one back to back cruises in the Caribbean and the other cruise will circumnavigate Australia. Doug

Customer Service is wonderful. They take care of any special requests we have, including arranging for wheelchairs in the airports. I couldn’t ask for better service. .

My vacation was just as wonderful as I expected. Susan did a great job in answering all of my questions and always got back to me if I left a message. I will be planing another trip for next year very soon. Thank you also for the nice zippered pouch. It holds my Ipad and my documents so I can easily find them in my tote. You really don't need to send me any more due to the fact I have 3 of them. I have given them to my travel buddies and they love them as much as I do. Great company, great customer service and the discounts are much appreciated.
