Our group enjoyed their first Tauck immensely. Taylor was the utmost professional in planning our trip. It was worry-free. She is a very organized and thoughtful person. She pours her heart and soul into making the trip a fantastic experience. I, personally, am thrilled that we were assigned to Taylor. She returns calls in a timely manner, explains travel questions in an understandable way and is always patient with us. We have enjoyed our many years using Pavlus travel.
