Taylor Bazzoni

I very much enjoy working with Taylor. I do suggest your agency to anyone who asks about my travels. In my experience, most people vastly underestimate the way an experienced agency can help them.

I’m already discussing my next trip.Taylor is great in helping plan the trip. She Always responds to emails and calls quickly.

We already have a second cruise booked through you. Taylor is terrific.

Your agent,Taylor has been great asset to your company. Also your company support system is excellent.

I find your staff always accommodating and easy to reach. I thank you for that.

I appreciate your good service and prices.

Wonderful trip! Taylor and other Pavlus staff are very helpful and answer questions in a timely manner

The transition from my last travel planner to Taylor was seamless. Taylor has been very responsive and the rest of your team has been easy to work with when a question needs answering.

It’s been a good relationship! Taylor has been very prompt in her responses. We love the Pavlus incentives.

We have appreciated the services we receive through Pavlus.

Overall experience was excellent working with Taylor and the guest relations team.

We have been very pleased with our Pavlus representative, Taylor. She responds quickly to phone calls and emails. We appreciate the loyalty rebate. We will continue to use Pavlus to plan our next trips.

One of the BEST vacations I have ever taken ! Pavlus travel ( staff ) made traveling so easy. All arrangements were made quickly with no worries on the part of the traveler. I highly recommend your services. All e mails, phone calls were returned in a timely fashion.

We have been using Pavlus Travel for many years and gladly recommend to others seeking travel assistance. It is a pleasure working with Taylor!

Thank you Taylor and your team for all your hard work for our Hawaiian cruise with Princess. We had a WONDERFUL time! The car service you set us up with when we arrived in LA was EXCELLENT. Our cruise was WONDERFUL. We could not have been happier with Taylor's expertise, help and friendliness and her team's expertise, help and friendliness to us as we were planning this trip. We are VERY impressed with PAVLUS!!

We found everyone to be extremely helpful and followup on any questons were handled will. Will use again, if we have the need.

Taylor has been terrific to work with!

Taylor and the Customer Service team is doing a wonderful job. Very helpful & responsive!

Thanks to Taylor for all her help. Guest relations was very helpful too. If there was ever any issues pre trip it was handled and corrected immediately. I will refer friends and plan on using Pavlus again in the future.

My new personal travel planner, Taylor, has been extremely responsive. That is a big help

Oceania is a spectacular cruise line.

I already booked another Explora cruise and very sad to learn that Annette is retiring. She has been the main reason i have recommended Pavlus.

We have already booked two more vacations for this year.

Taylor was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Great cruise! Everything went great!

I'm planning on continuing to us Pavlus and Tauck in my travels. You are a great match!

I will be calling you within a few days to get me on the same cruise in January. It was that great a trip. Ofcourse Taylor Bezzoni was part of it,

I already booked my next cruise with Pavlus :-) Unlike my previous TA - who I had to call and text multiple times to get a response, Pavlus seems to have people working nearly around the clock.

Excursions for a future trip booking occurred while traveling Lydia Lagos did an excellent job of helping me to secure my three desired excursions thank you, Lydia

Everyone at Pavlus have been so helpful and great to work with, starting with Taylor and on occasion your Guest Services Group. I have recommended Taylor and Pavlus numerous times to others and will continue to do so. Tauck is excellent is every way. After three trips with them, I can’t imagine going with any other tour company.

I found everything very easy in working with Pavlus and AMAwaterways. Thank you

I have already booked more travel with Pavlus

I've very satisfied with your staff and policies. Sorry, but I prefer not to receive your Newsletter simply because I am flooded with thing to read. I do trust Pavlus and will continue to use and recommend Pavlus.

Taylor is an outstanding agent, your best representative.

I will continue to book trips with Taylor. She’s the best!

For over 10 years, we have been a loyal customer of Pavlus Travel Agency. We like to recommend Pavlus as the only travel agency we trust and believe in.

Keep doing what you are doing!

Taylor has been good to work with.

Taylor is wonderful, when we travel again we will reach out.

Don't fix what isn't broken, please!!! Thank you for everything.

no glitches, very nice cruise, food better than expected

Thank you! We're looking forward to scheduling another cruise and I definitely see the value in working with a travel agent.

Overall experience with Pavlus has been very good. I encountered delays in getting help with airline flights changes and was unable to get help booking a Silversea cruise over a weekend. Since the last day of the cruise deal was on a Sunday, I ended up booking the cruise directly with Silversea. I have, however, found Pavlus Travel to be a very positive experience

We have decided when traveling alone as a couple, we prefer cruises and custom trips to group travel. Please keep us informed of any custom luxury tour companies

Taylor was very helpful & responsive in booking the tour. The tour itself was excellent. I would have appreciated more information leading up to the tour about the finalized hotels & more detailed itinerary for the tour.

We are very happy to have used Pavlus Travel in the past and now. We intend to continue in the future

Taylor has done a great job communicating with us and getting us good deals on our cruises!

We have to say that this was our best trip ever—mainly because of our travel planner, Taylor. She assisted us right through all the steps—from booking and even during our trip when we had a few issues. She was always responsive and able to solve any problem we encountered. In our opinion Taylor is a definite asset to your company—this generational trip with our granddaughter was the best Tauck trip we have been on! Thank you, Taylor!!

We will continue to book our travel with Pavlus and our agent Taylor. She was very helpful and answered questions quickly. Thank you!

Very happy with the wonderful customer service given by Taylor. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time being on a first ever Viking river cruise. The ship, staff services, and food were fabulous. We have already signed up for 2 more cruises, handled through Pavlus. Our Pavlus agent, Taylor, has done a fantastic job for us.

Very good experience with Pavlus. Taylor was very responsive and thorough in answering all of my questions and inquiries during travel planning.

Taylor is a wonderful person to work with!

Taylor did a great job of keeping us informed on the changes made by viking. We had a very good time on the cruise and thank you for making it so easy.

Excellent experience booking Tauck through Taylor Bazzoni !

We love working with Pavlus and Taylor is wonderful. The service, pricing and perks are the best! When we travel we talk about Pavlus and recommend Pavlus and Taylor to fellow travelers.

We have found a great agency in Pavlus and a terrific agent in Taylor. We will continue to use both for our travel needs. In fact, we are getting quotes now for next year. Thank you.

Taylor is the best, which is why we keep coming back. Pavlus makes me feel appreciated as a repeat customer

Everything was set up, no problems, had a great time!

Taylor Bazzoni is great!!

Our travel agent,Taylor, and guest relations were so easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and appreciate all the help we received. This was our first cruise and it was very enjoyable. Thank you!

I cannot think of any suggestions at this time. Our travel agent (Taylor Bazzoni) is fantastic. She and your Air department are always helpful and quite responsive.

Great service. Taylor was a bighelp

Taylor is wonderful to work with, I have recommended her and your company to several friends and family memebers

No suggestions at this time. We have been very pleased with Taylor Bazzoni.

It is a pleasure working with Taylor. She responds in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

We have already booked another cruise with Pavlus.

We had a great cruise REGENT suite is amazing Antartica was great

Although we miss our last travel planner terribly and her leaving was a shock, the transition to Taylor was seamless; including having our travel companions for our upcoming Regent cruise switched to Taylor as well. THANK YOU FOR THAT! We do quite appreciate that we are kept informed of the "progress" of a request or question when Taylor cannot answer it; she tells us which department she is contacting, that department tells us they have the info and will get back to us and then they do! There is never a 'blank" space during which we have no idea as to what is going on with our question/request. We OFTEN tell people about Pavlus! THANKS for having such a quality business and professional yet friendly employee! Please understand that we are VERY pleased with Taylor!

Taylor is great!! She gets back to me quickly and provides exemplary customer service. I have referred several people to her as new clients who have also booked tours. Keep up the good work

Taylor and her replacements while she was on vacation did an outstanding job for us. We appreciated the prompt attention to our inquiries and assistance when needed. Very enjoyable experience.

We are very pleased with Taylor. She answers our emails and keeps us on track.

Taylor is very good all went well

No suggestions. We are very pleased with your services and have booked two additional trips Thanks!

Great customer service with Taylor

Taylor Bazzoni is very smart and a great travel planner and travel agent.

I continue to be a satisfied client.

This was our second Viking River Cruise booked through Pavlus. The Pavlus staffer with whom we worked, Taylor Bazzoni, could not have been more helpful. She responded quickly to our every question and need. The Viking cruise itself was first-rate. The boat crew were exceptional, especially the Captain (Francois) and the service desk personnel (Frankie) and the cabin steward (Jura). The food, as on the previous tour, was absolutely wonderful, as were the shore excursions. Tour guides were wonderful, especially Stephanie, Marion, and Michael (in Paris). Two concerns: our hotel in Paris was the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. It was a nice hotel, but it was too far from the Left Bank and the sites there. We had previously stayed in the Buffington, which was near the Eiffel Tower. Though older, it was much more convenient. Our return flight was a one-stop from Paris through Brussels to Dulles (IAD). Brussels was a mess, and clearing customs there took almost an hour. Why not one of the many Paris (CDG) to Dulles non-stops? We definitely preferred Business Class in the Boeing 777 on the return flight on United as opposed to the AirBus on Swiss air for the trip over. Please advise as to whether a customer can make their preference known. With staff like Taylor working for Pavlus, we will continue to make our travel arrangements through you in the future.

Taylor was great in helping us secure the trip. This one was pretty complicated with a lot of questions, and she was tenacious in responding (that's a good thing). I was a little unsure about who we were dealing with after the booking, rather than just Taylor, but it worked out fine and everyone was helpful. To clarify, Globus didn't do anything wrong to get the 5 rating on the vacation. They delivered as promised. It's just that we didn't find some of the experiences as fun as we thought. We'd certainly travel with Globus again... and Pavlus.

Taylor has been an excellent resource. I appreciate her quick replies and helpful tips. I will continue using both Tauck and Pavlus, and recommending them to our friends.

No comments needed Taylor is fast, precise, best service I have received in a long time, highly commendable

Taylor Bazzoni was great in handling our trip plans and very responsive when I had questions. I would be most pleased to work with her in the future with any plans that we may have. Robert Luse

Our guide Tony Russo was fabulous. He responded in a positive manner to everyone's needs. We would have liked a little more time in the lake region and Strafford on Avon. Our accommodations were nice. They were quant and unique however the showers left a bit to be desired. We really enjoyed the Military Tattoo show.

Taylor and Jocelyn were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful trip.

Pleasure to work with. Vacation was good :)

Too many emails from you All other is good

Pavlus Travel and our agent, Taylor Bazzoni, were excellent. The cruise portion of our trip was very good, however the land tour part would have benefitted from less time spent on busses.

Heather Green is wonderful.

Tauck river cruise was disappointing. From the beginning it felt like they were doinge everything to save on their costs. Upon arrival had to call front desk because bathroom garbage had not been emptied. We were told staffing had been cut back which was evident trying to get a drink in the lounge. Most of the trip there were no horderves in the lounge. Food was subpar most of the time. No tablecloths on ugly dining tables. The boat looked rundown. This trip was not comparable to the one I took with Uniworld last year that was not as expensive.. I will not travel with Tauck again.

Pavlus was great but Tauckriver cruise was way below other river cruises I’ve taken with other lines. They seemed to be understaffed and cutbacks on everything from tablecloths for diner to the quality of the food were not up to the standards that one would expect for the price they were charging.

Lovely ship, dining and wines were outstanding, shore excursions went to the right places and were of an appropriate duration. Ship staff were great - some could brush up on their English language skills - had to repeat a lot. I'd use SilverSea again.

everything about the cruise was amazing.

Very pleased with all the hotels on this trip. I only wish we had more free time to enjoy the facilities, next time will probably look for a tour that stays in each location more than two days.

I am very pleased to work with Ms Taylor, she is prompt in responding to our inquiries and always provides good info. Thank you for your business cards with my name on it! I was also impressed with the referral checks I got from your company and for sure I will spread this info to my friends.. As for the cruise, Princess does not disappoint us, a great cruise again!

The 17 day cruise on the WindSurf was terrific. Only downside is that Greece, Croatia and Italy were unseasonably hot hot. On our next one, we feel confident that we will not wait until June or before October to visit Europe.

Very satisfied with AMA and Pablus. Will be using again

Taylor and team were super-helpful with all elements of the process.

Taylor was great. This was the first time we'd used a travel agent (outside of one AAA WDW trip years ago). I really appreciated having your office and staff to fall back on. They were all very kind and helpful. We feel Taylor and Pavlus provided great value!

Our group enjoyed their first Tauck immensely. Taylor was the utmost professional in planning our trip. It was worry-free. She is a very organized and thoughtful person. She pours her heart and soul into making the trip a fantastic experience. I, personally, am thrilled that we were assigned to Taylor. She returns calls in a timely manner, explains travel questions in an understandable way and is always patient with us. We have enjoyed our many years using Pavlus travel. We have referred many friends because of our experience. Please keep employing professionals like Taylor and we will definitely be taking more trips.

Taylor made it simple and answered all our questions

Love the rebate. I found it odd that I couldn't get a lower airfare from Pavlus rather than my own United silver status.

Taylor was great in helping us plan our first Viking Cruise. We appreciated her quick responses to all our questions. The onboard credits provided by Pavlus definitely added a lot of value and we will use her and Pavlus as our travel agent again.

Another enjoyable trip. Errica was fabulous. Salvatore, bus driver, was awesome. Most of the local tour guides were a little "windy" and we stood in one spot too long instead of seeing more of the area. Talked way too much about the history and not enough about the area. What Errica and the guides told us overlapped a lot which became boring after awhile. The food at the restaurants were fantastic. Hotel food, not so much, but decent. Hotels were good. Not 4 stars, but nice. Easy procedures for checking into and out of hotels and getting luggage on the bus. We will probably be doing another trip with you next year to Switzerland.

Trip was very good. We had issues with dining timing that we resolved on the cruise but it turns out that had we known about the ability to deal with that when we booked the cruise and or when we were given access to the Royal Caribbean app we could have avoided that stress. When I saw the issue while checking in before departure when in the past I recall dealing with such matters and contacted the cruise line I got an unsatisfactory answer and was "blamed" for not doing it earlier when I got the app. That was not clear from the cruise line and while not necessarily your job the experience of the planner might have helped.

Absolutely loved the Viking Rhine River Cruise! They take care of everything from the moment you arrive to your departure. The included excursions were wonderful with highly capable people leading the tours. Pavlus and Taylor were crucial in helping us decide which trip was good for us! Thank you so much!

We are very happy with the services provided by Taylor.

This is not the first time I use Pavlus travel. Taylor provided excellent service, responding to my calls and e-mails.

Vacation was great. Taylor has been very responsive and helpful. We have even referred several people to Taylor over the past few weeks, and some were people we met on our last cruise.

Fabulous 37 day Oceania cruise!

It was a pleasure working with Taylor. She responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful in booking my cruise. I received a referral check immediately after returning from my trip.

Great cruise ship…food…weathrt

excellent service and follow through

What an amazing trip! This was our first major cruise and we thought Princess was a perfect choice. Taylor was an outstanding travel agent and helped us plan the perfect excursions and package details for our cruise and island visits! We are a big fan of Pavlus Travel and are already planning our next cruise. So comforting to know we have a trusted travel partner and we are sharing Taylor/Pavlus with our family and friends! Thank you for an outstanding travel experience!

Working with Taylor is easy and she is very responsive and professional.

Taylor was a great help in planning for and executing our recent Tauck Trip to Jordan and Egypt!

Flawless trip from Istanbul to Basel to Düsseldorf. Can I go again?

Great trip!! Taylor responded quickly to a problem we had and corrected it immediately!! Very please

Taylor was great! She answered all our questions quickly. She booked our cruise and some additional items. Received all our documents in a timely manner. We would definitely use Taylor again and highly recommend her to our family and friends. Thank you Taylor! Our trip was amazing!

Enjoyed our cruise to Croatia. Travel planner was helpful and professional and pleasant to deal with in all planning aspects.

The cruise ship was very clean and the onboard amenities were well planned. We had a great time. Taylor was an excellent travel coordinator. We are looking forward to her guidance on our South Africa trip.

Great service, timely information on the trip, Taylor kept me informed and did a great job adding an early arrival to the trip.
