Day-by-Day Itinerary

7 days through your journey

Day 1

Queenstown

Hello and welcome to Queenstown (Tāhuna)! The mission is simple: snowy slopes by day and Snow Machine beats by night. Whether you’re a first-timer, cruising intermediate, or full-send expert, the terrain here has you covered and we’ll be riding three of the Southern Hemisphere’s best ski fields before diving straight into festival fun after dark. Tonight we’ll get you settled and your gear sorted, then it’s time to take Queenstown for a spin and soak up that pre-festival buzz with the crew.PLEASE NOTE: Ski Essentials and Equipment will be available to hire from a local store.
Day 2

Queenstown

It's our first day hitting the slopes, and today we've set our sights on the Cardrona Alpine Resort. Ready to start sharpening up your skills, or attempting to find new ones? With 40km (almost 25 miles) of slopes available, plus the Southern Hemisphere's most extensive terrain parks & pipes, you'll be spoilt for choice. Powder white below and blue skies above, this is going to be legendary. Finally, we'll end the night at a local restaurant for kai with the whānau.
Day 3

Queenstown

Rise and shine, we’re hitting the slopes at The Remarkables today for snow, views, and big mountain energy. Guess what? We’ve got your VIP passes sorted for Snow Machine and it’s Day 1 of the Après Stages, so get amongst it. Tonight is yours to do your way, and if you’re keen for an epic dinner, opt into the Skyline Dinner Experience with alpine panorama views as the backdrop.
Day 4

Queenstown

Today we’re giving the legs a breather, not the adrenaline. Send it with a bungy jump, lock in an NZone skydive, or keep it cruisy and settle in with the crew. Tonight you can level up with a virtual trip to the Arctic at the Ice Bar, then we’re covering dinner before we roll into the Main Stage for another big night of Snow Machine chaos in the best way. Expect stacked sets, hands-in-the-air moments energy from first beat to last encore. Please Note: The Free Time Add Ons which take place on Day 4 & Day 5 can be booked for either day and your Trip Manager will arrange this for you.
Day 5

Queenstown

For those of you who can’t get enough of the powder, enjoy some free time and opt to head back up the mountain for more skiing/boarding, then roll straight into the Snow Machine Après Stage. Everyone else can dive into Queenstown, with plenty to keep you busy from the Tiki Trail to a legendary Fergburger, or even a day trip to Milford Sound. Tonight, we'll take our private transfer to and from the Snow Machine Main Stage, skipping the transport chaos. We've got even more VIP perks waiting for you, we'll breeze past the queues so you can focus on the fun and enjoy the VIP bar. Please Note: The Free Time Add Ons which take place on Day 4 & Day 5 can be booked for either day and your Trip Manager will arrange this for you.
Day 6

Queenstown

Back to the slopes and it’s the final day, so we’re making it count. Today we’re heading to Coronet Peak, the OG ski area in the region, serving up unreal views over Lake Wakatipu between runs. Then it’s all gas, no brakes with the final Après Stage and the final night of Snow Machine, so squeeze every last drop out of it and finish the festival the only way you should, loud with the crew and living in the moment.
Day 7

Queenstown

Our time in the snow has sadly come to an end. From mountain laps to Main Stage moments, you’ve just banked the kind of festival memories that hit every time a track comes on. Time to head back to real life (rude), so swap numbers and lock in the group chat. Start plotting the reunion and the next Contiki Festival with VIP passes! New Years at Rhythm and Alps anyone?
