Upon arrival, visit the historic West Gate of the city wall, admiring the Ming Dynasty architecture that still encircles the center. In the evening, celebrate the city’s culinary fame with a traditional dumpling banquet, sampling delicate parcels of every shape. This morning, visit the imposing, life-sized soldiers standing in silent formation at the Terracotta Warrior Museum.
