After a flight across the Pacific arrive at Honolulu airport where you are warmly welcomed with a fragrant fresh flower lei. Tonight, join your Tour Manager and traveling companions at a welcome dinner. Meal: D

Your first day in paradise is free for you to explore your new surroundings. Feel free to relax on the beach or do some shopping. For those who wish, you can make your own arrangements to visit Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial. Meal: B

The day begins with a narrated tour of cosmopolitan Honolulu with its tropical ambiance and one of the world’s best beaches, Waikiki. Your island touring today includes stops at Punchbowl National Cemetery, the impressive Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha Statue. Later, board Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Pride of America where a welcome aboard dinner awaits. Meals: B, D

The Pride of America brings you to the east side of the “Big Island” to the port of Hilo. *Optional Excursions offered for purchase from NCL include a trip to the island’s most popular attraction, Volcanoes National Park where you’ll encounter the earth’s most primal forces. See this active volcano spew plumes of steam into the atmosphere and look for molten rock from ongoing lava flows. You may also spend time in the city of Hilo or visit beautiful Akaka Falls.
