Cruise to the historic village of Capestang, where you may privately visit the 11th-century Cistercian Abbaye de Fontfroide, one of the most complete remaining abbey complexes in Europe, and enjoy a wine tasting at Corbières Château. Then take an excursion to Minerve, ancient capital of the Minervois, where there are spectacular views from the 12th-century Cathar fort.

Day 4 - WEDNESDAY
Stroll an indoor market at Narbonne and explore the world's oldest canal tunnel at Malpas. This evening, dine ashore in Béziers.

Today, 'Anjodi' passes through the staircase of locks at Fonserannes, built by Pierre-Paul Riquet in the 17th century. Visit Narbonne to explore the delightful indoor market. Cruise to Portiragnes by way of the Bagnas Nature Reserve, a string of lagoons in the Cap d’Agde that are home to flamingoes and other water birds.
