ITINERARY
ITINERARYDay 1: Arrive in Ljubljana
Arrive in Ljubljana, where an A&K representative greets you and
escorts you to your hotel.
Day 2: Ljubljana
Take a half-day walking tour of Ljubljana, visiting the Three
Bridges area, Cathedral, Ple?nik open market and Prešern Square.
Take the funicular railway up to the castle for panoramic views of
the city and snow-capped Alps. While in Old Town, sample some
local wine at a specially arranged tasting.
Day 3: Lake Bled
Take to emerald Lake Bled upon an old-fashioned, hand-propelled
pletna (gondola) during a private cruise to the small island at its
center. See the Church of the Assumption. Returning to the shore,
visit the castle, where you absorb breathtaking mountain, lake and
countryside views from its viewing platforms.
Day 4: Ljubljana
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
