Whether you’re enthused by Emin, wild for Warhol or devoted to Dali, Brown’s bespoke walking tours have been designed for aspiring artists and contemporary critiques alike. Hosted by renowned curator, BBC Art Correspondent and gallery owner Maeve Doyle; guests on the walking tour will unearth Mayfair’s hidden gallery gems, helping international art lovers navigate their way through the hundreds of private shows that collectively make Mayfair one of the world’s greatest art destinations. Each of the 115 rooms (including 33 luxurious suites) at Brown’s strike a perfect balance between style and sophistication, with elegant fabrics and furnishings offset by flashes of color. The Kipling Suite with its vibrant wallpaper, walk-in dressing room and lavishly marbled bathroom celebrates all that is indulgent and luxurious. Olga Polizzi, Director of Design for Rocco Forte Hotels, aptly explains that in the rooms at Brown’s “you feel that you are in London” and in The Kipling Suite especially the “English theme carries on and is maintained through a combination of antique pieces and contemporary designer items.” Whether guests wish to celebrate over a decadent afternoon spent in The English Tea Room, meet for cocktails in the naughty corner of The Donovan Bar surrounded by Terence Donovan’s cheekier shots or celebrate the evolution of Great British Cooking in our restaurant, Charlie's.
