Les Prés d’Eugénie, Michel and Christine Guérard’s domain, offers four hotels, three restaurants and a spa, set in a beautiful landscaped 40-acre park. Four lodgings, nestled among rose and water gardens, shelter 50 rooms (21-28 sqm), suites (35-60 sqm) and apartments (60-140 sqm).The Main House is built in a colonial style. In its walls, is located the gourmet restaurant. Rooms and suites are furnished with antiques and period paintings. The Couvent des Herbes and Logis des Grives houses are 18th-century romantic retreats. The Impératrice wing shelters imperial and royal suites. All the rooms and apartments overlook gardens and orchards, many with a large balcony or a terrace. Michel Guérard's gourmet restaurant has boasted three-Michelin stars since 1977. The Cuisine Minceur - the most pleasant way to lose weight - is also served in this restaurant. On Eugénie's rustic side, L'Auberge de la Ferme aux Grives is a stone-walled barn and serves delicious country dishes, like milk-fed veal and plump chicken, roasting over an open-hearth fireplace. The 1,000 sq. meter Ferme Thermale Spa is sheltered in a half-timbered 18th-century farmhouse and offers thermal treatments including kaolin clay bath, steam bath, special slenderizing shower and beauty rituals.
