About The Port Of Punta Pitt
Punta Pitt sits at the eastern tip of San Cristóbal Island, its layered volcanic tuff cliffs rising above a coastline reachable only by small landing craft. The site is notable as the only place in the Galápagos where all three booby species—blue-footed, red-footed, and Nazca—nest within close range of one another, alongside frigatebirds gliding on thermal currents above the cliffs.
