Christopher has been very responsive to all of our requests. He is able to get answers from the Cruise Lines when they will not respond to us directly. We have used Pavlus for multiple trips & love getting the cash refund prior to leaving.

The Disccovery by Gate1 trip to Ecuador was top-notch, especially the tour director. I wish Pavlus did not have to drop Gate1 from its large collection of tour operators, because I expect to travel with Gate1 and love booking my trips with Pavlus.
