While the vacation trip was very good, it would have never happened with out the expert guidance from your employee, Donna Dominquez. She went above and beyond helping the 4 novice cruisers get what we needed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience from planning to doing. All thanks to Donna. Super person and extremely knowledgeable plus has the ability to maintain calm while correcting the wrong thoughts by this engineer. Thanks Donna.

Thanks to the magnificent efforts of Serena, we had a wonderful (trip of a lifetime) event. Everything was planned and worked out to the enth degree by Serena and her team. We encountered no problems, delays, hassles or disappointments during any portion of our travels. Serena even managed to have perfect weather for us the entire cruise. We have cruised with Seabourn before so we anticipated a well organized trip with great food and service. Pavlus provided an easier, smoother process of reservations which saved us time and eliminated the stress. Serena made us feel like family and that it was our special trip just for us created by her. We will be back and will send our friends. Thanks so much

Michael did a great job planning our trip. We knew which tour we wanted and the dates. He helped with airfare and finding transportation and accommodations for our extensions.
