Erin has helped me book a number of trips and we have another one for next month on the Great Lakes. She is knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated and hardworking. She is way too busy sometimes but tries very hard to do a great job for her customers and your company with considerable success. I have given her and your company name to a LOT of others with your referral program and hope a lot of them, become your future customers. I think your referral program and your rebate program are extremely wise on your part and should continue to give a major leg up for you over your less wise competitors!

With Viking Cruiseline's help and Erin, this trip was magic. It really helps to have someone to ask questions and assist with the trip details. Even though in this Covid year the paperwork and Vax requirements were high, I appreciate all the help Erin gave me for getting this trip finalized. Just one thing though, please let future travelers know that a credit given/added to the cruise by Pavlus is applied beforehand and when I paid in full afterward not knowing it had been applied by Pavlus Travel. Loved our much-needed getaway and taking another trip to France this coming October with your help again.

Celebrity cruise out of Fort Lauderdale on Reflection. Beautiful ship, wonderful food, and friendly crew. Did not have to wear masks on board. We felt that we were safe on board. Wore masks when we were off ship.

Go to Jordan now before crowd size swells to normal. We had Petra to ourselves. The Gate 1 Discovery Tour to Jordan is fabulous. Our guide Hazim made our time in Jordan fly.
