The trip was excellent and the Clermont Charring Cross was a great place to stay and well located. Our driver/guide Moses was personable and knowledgeable and our tour guides Themis and Galena were excellent. The Highclere Castle tour was a special highlight. Countess Carnarvon was gracious and welcoming and her staff members who gave the tour were excellent. Krissy Green was extremely helpful and responsive as my friend and I planned the trip and stayed in touch with us during the trip. Two suggestions: having a guide for the Churchill War Rooms would have made it a much better experience, and had I known that Blenheim Palace would be turned into a carnival/Christmas Market/"Peter Pan" themed charity fundraiser from Nov. 15 to sometime in January I would have skipped it, because you could not really tour the place properly when the rooms were filled with a pirate ship and multiple Disney sets and characters.

This was a "last minute" trip and Krissy was very helpful in not only getting me different ideas, but with booking/confirming the trip once it was decided on. Always friendly and seemed excited about assisting us. Thank you!!
