The Son Bunyola Estate Located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca, Son Bunyola covers 680 acres of stunning landscape on the northwest coast of the island.The vast estate includes three villas available for exclusive bookings, Sa Terra Rotja, Sa Punta de S’Aguila and Son Balagueret. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the mid-1200s. This building is currently being restored and will be part of the Virgin Limited Edition portfolio in 2023. Finca will be forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Relax and unwind with family and friends in a tranquil setting that perfectly balances the need to ‘get away from it all’ with the opportunity to explore the great outdoors and sample some of the best the Balearic Islands has to offer. SA PUNTA DE S’AGUILA: 5 BEDROOMS Sa Punta de S’Aguila translates as ‘Eagle’s Point’, and this five-bedroom villa is located along a track above the coastline. SA TERRA ROTJA: 4 BEDROOMS Literally translating as ‘red earth’ from the local Mallorquín language, this four-bedroom villa is situated near the edge of the estate and a 20 minute walk from a pebble beach. . SON BALAGUERET: 4 BEDROOMS Room Description: Son Balagueret is a traditional and secluded 4-bedroom Mallorcan villa with plenty of space for guests to relax and take in the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. THINGS TO DO • Take a dip in your private heated pool • Play a spot of tennis on the nearby court at Sa Terra Rotja (racquets and balls provided) – this is shared by all three villas • Take a walk around the estate which is 3km × 5km in size, or head straight down to the coast walk which starts from a pebble beach. From Son Balagueret to the pebble beach is a 50 minute walk. Mallorca also has numerous other walking opportunities further afield • There are over 20 golf courses on the island, many of which are of a high standard; we can help with green fees should you wish to visit one • Take a drive and explore some of the picturesque villages in the region
