Maybe 2020 was the year you were going to visit Los Angeles. Due to the coronavirus pandemic this wasn’t possible disappointing millions of would-be visitors. Not to mention Hollywood wannabees dreaming of moving to the entertainment capital of the world for their big break.

Antaeus Theatre Company’s The Zip Code Plays: Los Angeles is presenting  virtual interactive tours of six neighborhoods that highlights landmarks and small business around town. And the podcasts are free at www.antaeus.org.

A different member of the Antaeus Theatre Company guides each virtual adventure offering  historical, architectural and anecdotal commentary for the sites..

The plays take you through diverse areas such as South Central LA, Westwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Sun Valley.

Each of the six plays is by a member of the Antaeus Playwrights Lab in a different genre or style. Hosting the series is two-time Audiofile Award-winner Ramón de Ocampo. Original music is provided by Ellen Mandel. The audio producer, sound designer and foley artist is Jeff Gardner.
