Since 2011, every land tour and cruise that we have booked through a travel agent has been with Pavlus. Over that period of time we have worked with three different travel, planners, all have been great. Shari is wonderful to work with - consistently attentive to detail and an always positive attitude. We consistently tell people about Pavlus and refer anyone even slightly interested to you. I have recently had a number of interactions with your air travel department, which have been equally positive. With our most recent Singapore to Sydney Oceania Cruise just completed, we still have four more bookings (three with Oceania and one with Viking) scheduled through Pavlus in 2024 and 2025.

Shari was fantastic both taking over our reservations and then resolving issues that kept coming up (Globus tour cancellations, airline flight cancellations, errors in booking, lost luggage, etc). So many problems arose which would have been beyond trying for another but Shari kept moving forward and solved challenges as they came up. Previous agents at Pavlus had always been great but Shari deserves not only my gratitude but also recognition from you all. I will continue to use Pavlus and will highly recommend to anyone else.
