For our recent Viking river cruise, Shari was awesome! She did everything she could to make our vacation more affordable. Shari was fantastic both taking over our reservations and then resolving issues that kept coming up (Globus tour cancellations, airline flight cancellations, errors in booking, lost luggage, etc). So many problems arose which would have been beyond trying for another but Shari kept moving forward and solved challenges as they came up. Previous agents at Pavlus had always been great but Shari deserves not only my gratitude but also recognition from you all. I will continue to use Pavlus and will highly recommend to anyone else.
