No problems with any of our bookings with Pavlus. They know their stuff and are always eager to answer any questions we may have.or find the answer. Keep up the good work Our Agent is Sharon DiPaolo. Our last cruise was on Oceania Sarina Dec. 21 to Jan 4 ending in Barbados. It was a good cruise though several things were not expected. This is not any problem of Pavlus, it was ship items from cold food to poor handling of tour groups. Showers in staterooms (7085) and bathroom that is miniscule. We have traveled with several Tour companies including Globus.. Sharon was truly very helpful in securing us the FINAL last seat--when no one could :) She was persistent, kept in continuous touch with Globus and me. We also had expired Welcome Back Credit, and Sharon was able to get those re-instated for us. She is extremely helpful, very patient and willing to go bat for her clients to make them happy. This is the first time we've used Pavlus Travel--having used your competitor in the past. Thank you Sharon and Pavlus Travel. Travel industry needs more Sales Reps with Sharon's persona.
