New Dining Options on Seabourn
Across its fleet, Seabourn is rolling out a new wave of culinary updates, introduced in phases and set to be completed by mid-2026. The ultra-luxury line is enhancing two beloved onboard venues: Seabourn Square and The Colonnade.
Seabourn Square Enhancements
As the social hub of each ship, Seabourn Square is being refreshed into a more sophisticated all-day café experience. Planned additions include:
- An expanded selection of freshly prepared warm items: breakfast sandwiches, quiche, and Roman-style pizza
- New toasted sandwich choices including Monte Cristo, Croque Monsieur, and other European classics
- Coffee served with a new signature presentation to elevate the café experience
Two distinct service periods are planned — a full breakfast menu from 6:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by an all-day menu from 10:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
The Colonnade: Refreshed Menus & Live Action
Seabourn has also completed fleetwide enhancements for its signature Colonnade dining venue. Highlights include:
- Fully refreshed breakfast and lunch menus focused on freshness, seasonality, and regional influences
- Multiple “live action” cooking stations: made-to-order omelets, carving options, a daily fresh-fish station, fresh-pressed juices, and rotating regional specialties
- Additional bistro-style seating on Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation
Crystal’s Michelin-Starred Chef Voyage
Crystal has announced a prestigious new culinary-themed voyage featuring three-time Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Alajmo and his celebrated restaurateur brother Raffaele Alajmo. The duo will sail with guests aboard Crystal Serenity from Fusina (Venice) to Piraeus (Athens), departing September 8, 2026.

AmaWaterways: Dining, Wine & Chocolate
AmaWaterways is investing in the guest experience more than ever before, with dining and wine options at the heart of its 2026 product enhancements.
- New complimentary Italian lunches in the Chef’s Table restaurants on most ships
- New signature dinners by Chef Robert Kellerhals, the line’s culinary director
- Onboard lounges, newly renamed The Lark, debut a “Savor at The Lark” all-day menu
- A new artisan bread concept with multiple freshly baked varieties available fleetwide
- Always-available snack jars stocked with house-made protein balls, muesli bars, dried fruit, nuts, and freshly baked cookies
A Vastly Expanded Wine Program
Guests can now choose from more than 30 complimentary red, white, and rosé wines on each sailing, with additional premium bottles available for purchase.
Artisan Chocolate Deliveries
On select itineraries, AmaWaterways has partnered with regional chocolatiers to deliver locally inspired confections to guests’ staterooms. On Danube River voyages, master chocolatier Johannes Bachhalm — recognized by the prestigious Gault & Millau guide — provides sweet surprises after days ashore.
