ITINERARY

Day 1 - SUNDAY
Meet in Paris. Then, embark on Saroche from its mooring in Vandières.

Day 2 - MONDAY
Learn about bottle sabering at a private opening of Château de Condé. After a tasting of the local vintages, cruise to Cumières.

Day 3 - TUESDAY
Visit Épernay to sample the Champagne-filled confections of a master chocolatier. Then, cruise to Tours-sur-Marne for a walk through the village and a tasting at a private cellar.

Day 4 - WEDNESDAY
In Reims, explore the city’s famous Cathedral and the Musée de la Reddition, once the headquarters of General Dwight D. Eisenhower. After lunch ashore at a local bistro, enjoy a garden stroll and a cheese tasting at a local fromagerie.

Day 5 - THURSDAY
Visit the estate of Champagne Billecart-Salmon for a private tour and tasting. Then, cruise to Mont de Billy.

Day 6 - FRIDAY
Cruise through the Tunnel of Mont de Billy, an 18th-century engineering wonder, continuing to Beaumont-sur-Vesle to visit the World War I trenches of Le Mains de Messiges.

Day 7 - SATURDAY
Disembark in Beaumont-sur-Vesle and return to Paris.
