ITINERARYDay 1: Cape Town/Franschhoek
Begin your day with a gentle horseback ride through scenic
paths in the winelands and forests, followed by your first wine
tasting. Later you will have a guided walking tour through
historic Stellenbosch.

Day 2: Franschhoek
Depart on your full day gourmet tour en route to Hermanus.
Visit a private estate for a wine, olive and olive oil tasting,
and sample chocolates and award-winning cheeses. Arrive at
Birkenhead House in the late afternoon, with the rest of the
evening at leisure.

Day 3: Franschhoek/Hermanus
You have a full day at leisure to enjoy some of the numerous
optional activities including whale watching by plane, a boat
tour around Dyer Island, shark cage diving, sea kayaking and
horseback riding.
