Gem of the Pacific Northwest This morning begins with a tour of the Museum of Flight, the largest independent non-profit air and space museum in the world featuring over 175 air and spacecrafts. Explore Seattle on a guided tour including the Pike Place Market, Belltown, and the Queen Anne area. The rest of the day is at leisure in Seattle. Consider a visit to the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Aquarium or Chihuly Garden and Glass, taste local Woodinville wine while watching the sunset over Puget Sound or enjoy regional cuisine such as Asian fusion or fresh seafood. (B) TOUR HIGHLIGHT CITY SIGHTS Experience the vibrant energy of Seattle’s authentic farmer’s market that tempts the senses with an array of aromas, eats, and friendly people. Pike Place Market has been a gathering place and bustling market for more than a century as one of the oldest operating farmer’s markets in the U.S. Visitors and locals alike are drawn to the energy and extraordinary array of farm-fresh produce, paper-wrapped flowers, shops, restaurants, bars, fishmongers, street performers, and the first Starbucks – all mixing a rich blend of coffee culture and true Seattle style

Continue to Portland for an orientation tour and visit to Powell’s Books, the largest independent bookstore in the world, followed by free time in the late afternoon and evening. During your free time, explore one of the many craft breweries, music venues, or waterfront restaurants downtown on the Willamette River!
