Mindy has been my "go to " planner for close to 14-15 years. She has performed PERFECTLY! Returns calls promptlly., offers additional savings and suggestions. I find her to be PROFESSIONAL, Courteous and UNDERSTANDING ! I only wish I have not been able to meet her in person! Although, I did send her flowers... Mindy is all I need for travel planning! I have booked/arranged for travel through Pavlus for several years and have always been satisfied. In addition, I have referred many friends and relatives to Pavlus for booking tours and cruises and they have also had positive experiences. The "Historic Trains of the Southwest" tour was, although challenging at times, wonderful overall. However there are some areas that could be improved upon and I hope that Paves will provide travelers an opportunity to provide specific feedback on that tour in the near future. Pavlus was great. We use them for ll our cruises and have never had anything to complain about. The Guest Relations Department takes care of the little stiff, and Mindy takes care of the big stuff
