Only after we had been in Cuba a few days did we realize the groundwork required for our trip. We booked within a few weeks of departure and because of our date restrictions ended up on a very private, customized itinerary adapted from the normal Alexander & Roberts tour. The hotels were terrific, the sites enchanting and the people amazing. Kudos to Sandra for persistence in finding the exact trip we needed and to Jennifer for dotting every i and crossing every t in the pre-departure details.
