Jennifer Endonino has been a blessing to us. With Princess, we have had many issues in spite of our Elite status, but she has been constantly talking to Princess to help our issues resolved. Some examples are: Princess changed our Elite status to general, or got us ADA compliance cabin. On this trip our luggage was damaged. She called Princess and they ssaid they do not have any record of us filing a report. She is researching the issue and we are hopeful that she will get it resolved.

Greatly satisfied with Pavlus Travel. However, the river cruise on Queen of the West is overrated and overpriced. Would recommend a land tour or a “do it yourself” car trip over the cruise we took.

hate that the day started so early…luggage out the door/breakfast before 8 …? mostly earlier!!..all of us over 65 and really don’t have to get up so early each day…hey, we are on vacation!!! 8:30-9 would be more civilized…
but know we have lots of ground to travel each day…
all in all, all good!

Our vacation was great and we have been very pleased working with Pavlus Travel. Finally arriving at our stateroom after many long hours of airplane travel is made even more pleasant when we open the door to find beautiful flowers, delicious fruit, and of course the much appreciated bottle of wine so we can offer up a toast that we are beginning our fantastic cruise. Thank you so much for that!!
We much prefer Pavlus’s booking compensation being in cash rather than shipboard credit or pre-paid gratuities and hope you will continue that policy. It is just one of the reasons we will continue to use Pavlus, but extremely high on the ladder of why we will do so.
I enjoyed working with Jennifer who never seemed to tire of my endless questions. A pat on the back should also be given to those in the Customer Service area who were there for us on a couple of occasions.
I must say everything went very smoothly in the planning of our trip and we are very satisfied with your service. If I were pressed to provide one area of improvement I would suggest having various team members who specialize in specific cruise lines and are familiar with the ins and outs of that particular line. It would at times be much faster to get questions answered, be called when there are special offers, and be given suggestions known only by the professionals.
All in all we are extremely pleased with our experiences with Pavlus Travel and plan to continue using your services for our travel needs.

Really appreciated how Jennifer worked w/me and arranged the private car transfer from the airport to the start of our tour in St. Cloud, MN, when the river cruise line changed the time I needed to be at the airport for the transfer. American Queen called me 6 weeks before the start of the tour. Good grief!

The trip was well planned. The tour guide, Juan, was very good. His assistants were helpful and friendly.
I will try to upgrade my hotel accommodations on my next trip (a couple that I stayed in this tour – Machu Picchu) were definitely average.
I enjoyed the trip and I thought that I couldn’t have planned it better.
On the whole, it was a good trip and most likely will plan another trip with you.

I enjoyed the great savings we got on the trip. All the meals and excursions were great and well planned.
We would tell all our friends what a great deal we got and how we really enjoyed the value of the trip.
